I ordered my mother a medium thin crust pizza Italian sausage and mushroon extra cheese . When It was so burned and then I asked the pizza girl for one marinara sauce. She had the nerve to say we supposed to charge for sauce . I looked at her like she must be on Crack or something. The next time my order is wrong I'm going to complain..

Multiple times I've put in orders and see no update for an hour, hour and a half. I call to find out they're short on drivers which I understand, but at the same time how can management/owners allow this to continue to be an issue.

Call service ask too many questions and my orders are always wrong so I spent alot of time waiting. Tired of wasting time and money at this place. Used to get pizzas from here all the time with no problems. Walked out today with another wrong order because I’m tired of waiting for them to fix their mistakes.

Extremely rude staff always claims to put a manager on the phone but by the way they respond to complaints I cant imagine they would be a manager anywhere. They over talk and threaten to hang up the phone on you!!! unfortunately we don’t get to pick which location we want our food delivered to us from because lord knows if we could this would b the very last dominos in my area I would pick.. I can totally see how they only have a 3.8 star rating!!! Btw I order from dominos serval times a month and my order is always messed up, late, or I am confronted by very rude employees!!! Completely unacceptable!!! This will be my last time ever ordering from a dominos!!!

Just had a weird experience with a driver. He handed me the receipt to sign and when I did he quickly took it out my hand and stared down at the tip line before looking up and saying "No tip???" before very awkwardly smiling and walking away like he was in a trance (still with the smile on his face btw) when I told him I didn't have the money to tip... Usually I do tip but since I didn't buy this pizza with my own money and I don't carry bills I had no way of tipping him but still his reaction was very strange and made me feel really uncomfortable.

The workers are very careless. This is how they delivered my pizza! No respect at all. And they also forgot the pepperoni on the pizza.
Ordered pizza, wings, and bread. When I came to the store, they said they either never got my order or I was at the wrong location. I rechecked the website to make sure that I was at the right location, and I was. The website also said that my order went through. I asked the worker what location I was at, and he said he didn't know. How does the staff not know what location their own store is at?? Ridiculous. Absolutely no help whatsoever.

Store 4355-Worst experience ever, besides so many mistakes with prep, cook, delivery time & someone there lying about how our order was close to our front door, when it was not, and delivered over 20 minutes later, total ALMOST a HOUR from the time we called it in. It was TOO late for my friends and family that had another commitment. So I had to be left alone at home, because they (my friends & family) could not wait any longer. I missed out on the my friend's Bday party, and they had to order food out. From their pizzas, chicken, and bread, everything was messed up and extra oily.The only thing good about this order was that the delivery person was nice. I called to tell them about all the grave errors, & our worst food ever, & I explained how their delivery messed up an evening out for all of us. I was told they would refund my credit card & give us a large pizza, but a week later, all I see are the charges, & no refund when I checked today. Usually their food & service is ok, and sometimes even good, but last week it was a FIASCO, and too many mistakes were made from the cook and management.
