Called this store because the app and the site weren't working and was immediately rushed by an aggressive employee using the prerecorded voice lines to rush and harrass me. I called back and was immediately hung up on. These calls occurred on 12/5/2025, 9:20pm and 9:29pm. Don't waste money on shops that fail basic customer service, doesn't help that the other reviews are bad too.

i ordered a pepperoni pizza from this place and there was a dead cockroach in the box! i went to the store and the guy at the counter shawn said it was a common problem across all pizza places and offered me a new pizza but would not refund me! this was the worst customer service ive ever seen

Ordered delivery (I live 2.5 miles away) pizza was cold upon delivery; also found a hair on one of the pizzas. I called the store to complain and the children working there couldn’t care less. This place is a health code violation waiting to happen. Avoid at all costs.

I live 1 mile away from your store and my pizza was cold. This is why we don't order from your location on plank road. I tried calling but I get hung up on. What a way to do business.

Worst pizza ever!! First time ordering from them and will be my last! Pizza was cold and it too 2 hours to deliver! The lady who answer the phone claim she was the manager and couldn’t give me her name. I called corporate and I’m waiting for them to return my call. Very disappointed. Very greasy!! Do better!

This is the second time the store is messed. My order up last one was for 15 pieces. They didn’t even have the order ready upon requested time this time ordered online requested five pizzas some wings, and some other stuff half of my order was not even delivered to me only a quarter of it was Went back to the store and the people in the store didn’t even care that my order was messed up they kinda laughed at me, but I guess that’s what happens when you put kids behind the wheel of a multi million dollar company sad to say, but this store is so underrated now that I see the reviews my reviews go along with it, I give it a zero for the way the stores run the way the corporate let the store be run and the way the owner is appalled that he doesn’t even care that the store is running in this manner. This time only part of my pizzas were delivered so that was one pizza some wings, and some other stuff. Four pizzas were still sitting there on the shelf the two pizzas that I received were burnt. remember now, part of my order was not delivered. I had to go to the store and get it and the staff in the store was just standing around doing nothing. The three girls were just kind of giggling handed me the rest of my order and said oh, we cannot give you our names. I asked for managers names one walked to the cooler, the other cover her head and shame.

I've ordered here a few times and it's never good. Most of the time it's over done and just sloppy but it seems most dominos locations have went downhill which is a shame because I used to love their food.

I typically do not like writing negative reviews but gosh, the young lady that just spoke on the phone was condescending and rude which in turn made us order from Pizza Hut instead. I have never had issue when calling in until today. We always had delivery available until a couple years ago… our house is not within delivery range, or so the website says… but the homes directly across the street from us are. Each time we call in, we were told to use an address DIRECTLY across the street from us and have the operator put our address in the delivery notes…
The young girl on the phone accused me of trying to abuse the system and get them in trouble. It was almost comical but instead I politely declined the hung up. She was very rude and tone was incredibly condescending. Sad that happened.
