Employees were very rude and hostile. They refused to help me with my issue. I asked for a refund on some cold pizza I took to an event and they said I would have to bring the pizza back if I wanted a refund. Female manager was rude and unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I ordered delivery at a reasonable hour, slightly after 4pm. I was told it should arrive in 45 minutes. One and a half hours later I called to check on the order. I was told they had no record of the order after speaking to 3 different managers even though they took my credit card. I will be checking my credit card statement daily!!

The 4th place pizza chain out of 4 top. Crust is dull and blah, sauce is twangy and runny, cheese is lower tier quality cheese, meats are bulk low qualities. I hadn't had a domino's pizza in 15 years because I hated them and figured I'd give em another shot, why not rite. Things change. Not dominos. Same blah boring pizza it was 15 years ago..sauce went from sweet to twangy but that's about it..crust is also blah. Wud prolly be a good time to change things, everything from crust to sauce to ingredients to cheeses..
So I am a part of my pizza reward program and I absolutely love the pizza profile and rewards program especially now with the rewards coming ALOT easier than before.. I also am a fan of the emergency pizza giveaway online too that is completely awesome to know that after only the 1st purchase you automatically receive a free Pizza....I don't like the fact that the delivery place is all the way across town and we actually have two locations that are closer that could provide service but other than and the once in a blue moon that they will mess up your order everything is all well because atleast they will take a little| responsibility for their mistakes and make you new orders and not charge you for the service.

Those that order delivery ,why don’t you try and tip these drivers !!!! They are catering to you! This store NEVER slices all the way through the pizza like, not even my thin crust I always have to rip or re cut it. Please slow down and cut the pizza this is most aggravating.
I hate to be like this, but this place has straight up lost my business at this point. I’ve spent a ton of money with this location over the years, and they just keep disappointing me. I have never had an order delivered that was correct, and tonight “topped” it off with three out of three pizzas missing toppings (one didn’t even have cheese???) and wings that weren’t sauced. I’m at home with a sick kid and just needed a quick solution. Everyone is disappointed. Thanks. One thing though, the delivery drivers have always been prompt and friendly. Other than that, pizza and sides are trash.

Horrible experience.. The driver delivered to the wrong address and didn't even verify if it was the right house then i called the store and the manager stated she would remake the order but never showed ... When I called back the second time and she didn't even put my order back in .. The manager was rude and nasty and didn't even try to resolve the problem..

I ordered my pizza carryout. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that none of the workers were wearing gloves while making pizzas. I witness two employees handling cheese, and pizza toppings with their bare hands. One of the workers proceeded to assist me with my payment, touching the register, and other items, and then immediately going back to fulfil more pizza orders without washing their hands. This is very unsanitary and should be addressed, as this is a serious health risk, and cross contamination. I did not eat the food that I purchased.
