Food is pretty good for a chain restaurant! Mind, I had the tonkatsu ramen with chicken. Love that everything is customizable for picky eaters like me.The restaurant had K-Pop playing when I walked in which I enjoyed, and the restaurant was clean.Quinn was there behind the counter the last time I walked in with a friend and they were there today as well. They have excellent customer service skills. Very kind, patient, and accommodating. Thanks for being a good vibe, Quinn!

Friendly service, and awesome food. The chicken ramen was flavorful and the portion size was really generous (they have lids and bags for taking home leftovers). The Korean style wings were perfectly sauced and crispy, without being dry on the inside. I'm not exactly a wing aficionado but these were incredible.I dined in, and when I got there shortly after 5pm on a weekday, the dining area was empty (the pick-up/carry-out area stayed consistently busy). A few people arrived while I was there, but the restaurant was quiet enough to be able to converse without shouting. If that's something you look for in a restaurant, definitely give Domoishi a try. Weekends or later into the evening might be a different story, of course.

Worst place ever! They serve Ramen in a plastic bowl- talking about toxic chemicals in a hot soup. The lady cashier was not really nice either! Nasty! The ramen was all noodles with a little liquid. No wonder businesses in the area don't stay that long.

We wanted some Ramen and several places came up on the order app. However, one site didn't work properly, another didn't allow changes to ingredients, and another had no desirable appetizers... Domoishi had the best options.I'm not sorry we tried it!The appetizers were fantastic. First time we've ever had such lite shrimp tempura! Nothing was greasy or super salty - none of the problems you sometimes experience.The Ramen was a huge serving (two meals at least), and you can build in your own preferences.We'll return to Domoishi for sure.

I love that they have self order kiosks and contactless payment because I don't carry a wallet anymore. They had a decent menu - poke bowls, Korean wings, ramen (no tonkatsu, or spicy option, just the one "Japanese ramen"), boba selection was GORGEOUS - I ended up getting the house boba with brown sugar boba and light ice. The service was great. It's VERY CLEAN! The bathrooms were perfect. This is a fantastic mom & pop! If you're not very cultured this seems like just another mediocre hole in the wall because it's NOT AMERICAN-washed traditional, actually it's exactly like walking into a shop in Okinawa or Sasebo. Bizarre to see it here in Fredericksburg Virginia. Love it! Highly recommend. Not for the faint of heart.

I went in this evening and ordered two poke bowls, a side of seaweed salad, and a strawberry smoothie. The lady who served me was very nice and friendly. The food is delicious and you get a lot of food in just one poke bowl. Thank you and I will be back :-)Kid-friendliness: Good environment

This was my first time at Domoishi. I ordered the gyudon beef bowl.. very flavorful! They give you a big portion for what you pay.. will have to come try something else!

After using the self-serve kiosks, my food was ready fairly quickly. I got the spicy pork ramen and it was delicious! Got a smoothie with popping boba as well, and that was just as good!Would definitely come back if I get the chance!

Absolutely horrible food! The bulgogi had more fat than meat. Also no egg as advertised. the spring rolls were mushy and the Tonkotsu broth Tasted like it was cooked in a public restrooms toilet bowl. I will never eat hear again!
