This is a nice little restaurant tucked away in the corner of an old strip mall. I was in town one Sunday morning and wanted a styrofoam of french fries. Unfortunately, Dairy Queen, on the right side of the strip mall, was closed due to COVID-19. So I thought I might try this place. I always have some reservations about ordering from food trucks or side of the road places but this place makes great Texas style BBQ, with sides of baked beans, Collards, Cole slaw and Potato Salad this place is out of this world. First time trying it today and I have to say I am impressed with this hidden gem. Best BBQ in Fredericksburg!
