Love this location:) was made truly the best almond milk latte I’ve had, and the drive thru is always prompt. A shout out to Jack, who always takes my order when I’m there. He is always so pleasant and polite, as well as very helpful when they’re out of certain things. He takes this location from 4 stars to 5 stars!

Me and my lady regularly visit this location and normally found it to be pleasant.After a 2 months of visiting regularly we have seen a drastically change in service. From a pleasant experience to waiting 10+ minutes waiting on our drinks/food item. With a honest 5 times in a row the employees forgetting what we order/taking a long amount of time for a few items. I have worked in the industry similar and I come to be understanding most of the times. It's just very annoying when I'm spending $20 and more on drinks and food and keep receiving poor service.Even when it's just a drink and munchkins and yet we will still are forgotten and don't get our item or we end up waiting a long time.

Went in to get a banana split from Baskin Robbins, since it's a Dunkin/BR combination. I was not acknowledged upon arrival and even though there was no one waiting to be served, I waited for over 15 minutes just to have my order taken. Asked for a banana split with everything except hot fudge, and was given ice cream with caramel and cherries. When I stated that this wasn't a banana split, I was informed "this is how we make them". Needless to say, I will not be going back to that location EVER.

This place was awesome. The woman who helped me was friendly and efficient. My coffee was delicious and so was the food. The donuts I picked up were some of the freshest donuts I've gotten in awhile and I was there later in the morning. That was a nice surprise! Also my son really loved their new breakfast wrap. It certainly smelled delicious!
My girlfriend just got hired at the Dunkin donut by south point over by marquee cinema yesterday and she was told by the Dunkin’ Donuts that they would accommodate her after they had told her they would accommodate her and knowing her disability they still let her go after her first day because of her disability which is totally uncalled for and rude and discriminating. I would like to talk to Dunkin’ Donuts corporate if possible.

worst dunkin i have ever been to tried telling the staff the coffee was bitter and the chocolate was watery and they wouldnt even acknowledge that i was speaking to them and when we asked for salt and ketchup for the kids hashbrowns i was told no they were busy unbelievable rudness so sad dunking would allow theyre employees to treat customers so nasty

We were driving home to Michigan and our car broke down in their parking lot and we were stuck there all day. Staff were so accommodating and kind and I am so thankful they gave us a safe space to sit while we waited to sort ourselves out. Thank you!!!
