I absolutely love this Dunkin! I have been to many, but I have received the best service here! They are always fast and friendly. The food is always fresh.

The absolute disrespectful and hateful attitude that we were shown by Joy at this location this morning is beyond disgusting. She was hateful for no reason other than she had to do her job. She was slamming the cabinet doors to the donut case and rolling her eyes at us. I will never go back here again. If I did not have to drop off two kids at the train station I would have left with nothing. I am shocked at this behavior coming from an adult.

Been here a couple times and seems like they don’t bother to read the order or aren’t brave enough to tell you when they are out of what you ordered.

Would you go back to a place that has a less than 25% rate of getting your order right? It’s not just this store either. This trend has become so regular that I don’t even order donuts or don’t go to a Dunkin at all.

I see why they took “Donuts” out of the name, bc it’s clearly not their strong suit. It’s the overpriced seasonal flavored dishwater and whatever slop of the month is on the menu.

One hundred percent the worst Dunkin Fredericksburg has to offer. Prepare to wait and wait and wait for whatever you order from the most simple drinks like a black coffee to whatever your mind can come up with. Absolutely no customer service except from one lady who I think is a manager (I think her name is Flo? She’s incredibly nice and not my issue) in the morning and the sweet girl with green hair… . Take the extra time to drive to Rt 3 or go to the ones on 17 Stafford…avoid!

The one lady working the drive thru window is always rude. She doesn’t understand the concept of Thank you or you’re welcome. She’s been there since they opened and idk why because she clearly hates her job and customer service.

I will do my review in Spanish since I am Latina. I will start with the fact that I have been to this place since it is the one closest to my house, since the first time I ordered here I did not have a good impression with the service but I let it go since I usually only order coffees, but today it was certainly unpleasant eh intolerable to let it pass. Today 01-08-24 around 9:40 in the morning I ordered my 2 coffees and I ordered a sausage sandwich with egg and bacon then I wanted to order a Bagel maybe because I'm Latina and I have an accent I didn't understand the lady who was in the window what I wanted and asked me to go to the window better to finish my order when I got to the window he only told me the total for the two coffees and the first sandwich, I wanted to place another order but he didn't even let me talk other than when she gave me my change, she didn't give it to me in my hand, which all fell to the pavement and what she did was shake her head in disgust for not having taken my change properly (she didn't let me approach and take it properly) I had I had to open the door and pick up my 7 dollars in change and I didn't pick up the coins anymore but she gave me my coins and with hypocrisy and still annoyed she said “sorry” to me. Then I had my coffees in front of her and my sandwich and she didn't give them to me. wanted to give, another worker had to come and ask me what my order was and give it to me, even though I was looking at what was in front of me and of course I came out upset. I'm not a customer who arrives for the first time almost every day. I pass by cafes and it's not just one, I always have 3-6 coffees, my boyfriend also comes to this place all the time, sometimes he stops by up to 2 times for coffee, hey, he doesn't just bring one coffee, he always brings 4 and he always leaves a tip even if they don't deserve it. Today I told you about this and I highly doubt that we will return to this place when it was almost every day that we stopped by for our coffee.

I think they should look for new staff who really know how to serve customers because these people they have now do not know how to serve with kindness and respect.
Remember that food places are always guided by service but this service is always terrible.

My visit to Dunkin’ Donuts was mostly fantastic! The coffee was just what I needed to kickstart my afternoon, and their donuts were absolutely delicious. However, the bagel I ordered was unfortunately burnt, which was a bit disappointing.

Despite that small setback, the staff handled the situation gracefully and offered to replace it, showcasing their dedication to customer service. I left with a smile on my face and a bag full of tasty treats, minus the bagel. I highly recommend visiting for a great cup of coffee and some sweet indulgence – just keep an eye on your bagels!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin' Donuts on 11785 Tidewater Terrace, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. I ordered an iced coffee and simply asked if it had sugar in it. Instead of a straightforward answer, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. She snapped at me, saying, "Did you order French vanilla and cream?" This level of disrespect for a basic question is unacceptable. As a regular customer, I expect polite and helpful service, not to be treated like an inconvenience. This encounter has left a sour taste, and I'm seriously reconsidering returning to this location. Dunkin' Donuts needs to ensure their managers are trained in customer service and basic courtesy.

However, Darla was very nice and respectful.

In light of this experience, please consider changing management and improving how your staff treats customers.
