Honestly so frustrated right now. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich from Dunkin and this is what I got?? The bread is completely burnt, like how does someone even pack this and think it's okay to give to a customer? It looked like it had been sitting on the grill and forgotten about. Disgusting.

And when I tried to get it sorted out, the staff couldn't care less. No sorry, no offer to fix it, nothing. Just a blank stare. I wasted my money on food I couldn't even eat.

Won't be coming back here. Save yourself money from this place and go somewhere that actually cares about what they're serving people.literally wasted my 30min time for this !!

I strongly suggest visiting another location. I decided to give this one a shot after reading negative reviews of slow service and undercooked food, only to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a lukewarm sandwich with nearly raw squishy bacon.

I visited this Dunkin around 1:20pm with my two kids, and the experience was amazing. The customer service here is truly top-notch. There are only one Indian couple working here !! who are incredibly hardworking, kind, and always welcoming.
They handle everything with such a positive attitude, even when it’s heavy rush and they make you feel valued as a customer every single time. They definitely deserve a pay raise for the dedication and effort they put into their work!
We always feel comfortable and happy visiting this location. Great service, great people - highly recommended!!

Stopped at the dunkin on tidewater trail in fredericksburg. We ordered 2 hot coffees with cream and sugar. The stickers on the cups said cream and sugar but when got up the road and took the tops off.... NO creamer.They take your order , print the tickets and still can't get it right. Our last stop at that one.

While waiting for my wife at the doctor's office nearby, I stopped in here for a quick bite for breakfast. I tried their Dunkin' Chipotle Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap, which I liked. Service at the drive-thru was quick and with a smile! The food was promptly made and given to me and I was able to drive off and go park and eat. The wrap had a nice, smokey flavor to it, hardly any heat from the chipotle. All the components tasted good together.

These smaller wraps are generally pretty good at Dunkin!

I just came through the drive thru and I ordered an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. I'm very disappointed due to the fact that my bagel was burnt and the bacon was not cooked at all. I definitely will not be returning to this location. DUNKIN DONUS DO BETTER...

I recently went to this location for lunch. I am very disappointed. I wanted a particular donut (boston creme) they didn't have powder I settled for regular it was not right. I asked to replace with plain glazed they had none. I ordered a chicken pepper wrap it was given to me cold! As if it was never heated. I would like a refund. I called the location and received a voicemail. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend the location or Dunkin!!!!!!! I see the stars mean this is an ongoing failure.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. My wife placed a mobile order, we go to the window to get the drink, and there’s no cold foam visibly seen on the top of the drink. I bring this to attention and the worker says if I want cold foam don’t let it sit for five minutes. I kindly asked for him to fix it, and he rudely responded with no. Fix your work environment!

I ordered a caramel macchiato (hot) and was very disappointed. First, they gave me a cold one that was only half full. When I pointed it out, they replaced it with another cup that was just cream—no coffee, no caramel. By then I was already on my way out and didn’t have time to go back again.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. It seems like they’re constantly changing staff and no one knows how to make a proper coffee, which is frustrating considering the high prices. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

The employees here always look and act annoyed by a customer’s presence, the drive through is extremely slow, and the low quality coffee/food is extremely expensive now. Vote with your $$$ people. Our fast food places in this area are terrible because we continue to spend money there.

Had me wait for my mobile order even though the bag was sitting there ready the whole time i was in there, mind you they never added anything to the bag. Along with the fact only 1 of 3 employees making food/drinks weren't wearing gloves which was off putting

I'd give less stars of i could. I mobile ordered and still had to wait 15 minutes for 1 coffee nothing special. Not a good choice if your on any form of break, or headed to work. This location take so much time to get situated just to make an order. Won't be coming back anytime soon.
