My brother has ordered from this location multiples times and each time the order is received something is made wrong or something is missing. The first time he ordered we got a coffee that was half way filled. Another time we ordered we were missing an item and a drink we ordered was made incorrectly. This place has to step it up and watch closely how something is suppose to be made and they have everything together before giving it to the customer.

Never have any donuts. There coffee sucks if you like to switch it up. Find one and stick with it. I like to switch it up from the Starbucks down the street just for the donuts but they never have them anyway

Portions are deceiving in advertments and very small for the price you are charged, as well as being a chain restaurant. The food is not fresh and is all processed with artificial ingredients that will make you fat and clog your arteries. Save your time and your money.

Clueless employees who don’t give a crap about customer service….Literally had 2 people standing at the trash dumpster take 10 minutes goofing off with nobody in the store to take orders…while cars lined up at the drive thru. Left and went elsewhere. You need new employees.

I ordered two drinks with added shots of espresso, both were burnt. The iced chai tea didn't even taste like there was chai in there. The iced coffe has grounds all in it. Both drinks were unable to be consumed. We also ordered a apple cider donut and it was borderline stale, and tasted like banana bread. I reached out to customer support and still haven't heard anything. It's been almost a week. I'm an super disappointed as I've been going to Dunkin not years but every Dunkin I've been to recently has gone down hill while the prices continue to rise.

I have tried this dunkin twice. I always order a hot caramel macchiato. The first time, the coffee was extremely bitter like I was drinking straight espresso. The second time was unfortunately just as bad. The staff is very friendly and it is very clean, I will give them that. The coffee is terrible though.

I placed a mobile order online but didn't pick it up that day due to an emergency I had. I returned to this place the next day with my order receipt and Sucharitha gave me the order that I had not picked up. She was the one who helped me and was very kind. She is an example of good customer service. I picked up my order in the morning and I see all the young employees working very hard and with a good attitude. I highly recommend this place and am happy to witnessed the next generation doing great work and setting an example of a good worker who treats people with kindness and respect. I would definitely return to this place, thank you.
