I was excited when this Dunkin was first built because it's closer to home for me. However, I have ordered drinks with whipped cream multiple times and they always forget to put it on. Also, I ordered a sweet black pepper + egg sandwich yesterday and I noticed after I bit into it, I saw a thin line which I thought was cheese. I opened it up, and it was a white piece of PAPER. It was pretty gross honestly and really bummed me out. I'm glad I caught it when I did because I could've ingested that... I just ask that the employees be careful when making people's food.

Donuts were good but the Iced Chai latte tasted like straight milk with a hint of Chai. My guess is that the staff didn’t make it correctly. Would have taken it back if I wasn’t in a hurry.

Used the drive thru at 3:55pm, the guy who worked there rudely took over order, went to pay and the young hispanic girl never smiled nor a how are you today, just took my gift card, then handed donuts to me and closed window as talking to her co-worker was more important than customer service. Next time in area I'll make sure I drive past this location!

We ordered thru the mobile app, which typically makes things pretty clear cut. Orders 1 everything bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese, 1 plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, donut holes and 1 iced coffee. All 25 donut donut holes were stale. They put the everything bagel bottom on the plain bagel and the bottom plain bagel was on the everything bagel. I CANNOT eat things with seeds, so I couldn’t eat my plain bagel. Both bagels had barely any cream cheese on it, they both weren’t toasted and tasted stale. They were out of the iced coffee we ordered, which happens and the butter pecan iced coffee wasn’t burnt tasting this time. The only reason they get 1 star from me. Also I understand everyone has accents but we’re usually very understanding of this and never have trouble. But this women was completely hard to understand, spoke way to face and the speaker was so low couldn’t understand it. Will not be wasting my money here and would suggest trying another Dunkin.

I wish I had a happy review to post but i haven’t had a chance to drink my coffee because for some reason this specific store only knows how to make burnt coffee, I ordered TWO ORIGINAL ICED COFFEES which is so easy a toddler could make it…I take my coffee the same way every time, 10 stevia and like 8 creamers so it’s light and sweet. Dunkin has edited its DoorDash page to now only allow you to select ONE dairy so now not only does it come burnt it comes basically black coffee and burnt. This hasn’t happened once this has happened multiple times. I HEAVILY discourage buying from this Dunkin, I also heavily discourage going to the Dunkin: Baskin Robbin’s on 4 mile fork because they are just as bad if not worse AND they’re rude.Go find a mom and pop coffee shop that cares for their customers and spend your money there instead.

I must say this is by far my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to visit, this sign here tells no lies! I’m usually a little nervous when using public restrooms because I’m always expecting for it to be dirty due to the fact some of them are always dirty, but this store here lives up to their sign not only in the restroom but throughout the entire store. The service is friendly and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend this place for your next stop.
