Have been there 3 times at least 4 hours before they close and only have 3 to 5 choices of donuts. Asked if 1 type of donut was the sweet vanilla or the custard like filling and the young lady didn’t know. She asked another worker who said it was the sweet vanilla, it was not. They should know their donuts. And since only a few choices you would assume donuts would be fresh. The chocolate covered was not. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this one is not one of my favorite.

My primary concern is the lack of consistency in food and beverage preparation. It's hit or miss as to whether I'll receive the value I paid for. Today I received burnt toast with avocado spread. My iced butter pecan coffee was warm by the time I reached my office 5 minutes later because too little ice was added. The coffee also tasted burnt and granular sugar on the bottom of the cup wasn't very pleasant to drink.
This is my favorite and go-to Dunkin location in Fredericksburg. I go here all the time because the staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. It's also on my way to work :) They never dissapoint.

Just got told by DD employee that no one can dine-in the store after 8pm. Is this a new policy? We have sat in dining area after 8pm as recently as May 2023. Speaking of donuts, where were they? At 7pm there was 1 rack of donut holes, 4 muffins& 1 apple fritter. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

So me and my sister frequent this location all the time. I tired the empanada not my favorite at all. Got a donut the other day I think it was left from the day before. I think they have new management the girl that took my money is AWESOME but the other people working this morning just looked miserable. I guess they don't like there job. It doesn't cost anything to smile and be friendly. Take lessons from the girl at the window.
