The inconsistency with my coffee from this Dunkin is terrible, I always get a coffee with a shot or 2 and sometimes I can tell the shot is not even added into the coffee and the shots cost extra. Also I usually order with the mobile ordering and now all of a sudden you can order with the mobile ordering system which is unfortunate. I will say the employees there are always very kind and help me quickly. ONCE AGAIN THEY HAVE SHUT OFF MOBILE ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION WHICH IS FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU NEED YOUR COFFEE TO BE READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND THATS ONLY WHAT I GET A COFFEE..GET IT TOGETHER. OFFICIALLY THIS LOCATION SUCKS!

More like Dunkin’ Doo-nuts. There is an infestation of vermin at this particular establishment. Droppings have been found in cups, the food, and throughout the restaurant. Clearly someone has something going in with the local health department. There’s no way this place should still be open. The owner/operators should be held accountable for this. They’ve been infested with rodents for some time and have not prioritized the safety of customers or staff. Consume their products at your own risk.

I ordered take out. When I entered, I was immediately greated. I had a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It was delicious. I was not overheated. I had the new pistachio ice coffee. It was okay. My coffee drink did not have whipped cream. It was quickly and effortlessly corrected. My experience with the Dunkin on Plank Road was and has always been great.

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the staff here. I recently started getting my coffee here and have been going a couple times a week for about a year now. Literally every single time I come here the staff is so kind and friendly. I see them all working their butts off through the window and the wait time is never long. I know some of them get there at the Crack of dawn and yet they are still friendly and warm. Every single person there deserves a raise. It's so refreshing to have this experience literally every time.
