The slowest fast food workers work at this location, I ordered a croissant and I waited over 20 minutes for a flipping croissant!? Mind you it wasn’t even busy when I went there was only one other car in front of of me!

I get food food and donuts from there every day and they are excellent. Great customer service everybody smiles there. Joshua who helps me is outstanding. Sammy and Eric are also really good with customer service. I have never had a bad day when I go there. Thank you for all you do.Keep up the good work.

Couldn't get my coffee cause they can't figure out how to make it in under an hour. Usual suspects, making crap coffee doing anything other than their job. Don't waste your time, another Dunkin L.

This is consistently the slowest and worst Dunkin in the area. I placed a mobile order at 1047. I go through the drive through and let them know I’m here, I am told to pull to the window. I proceed to wait about 20 min in the line only to get to the window and I am told there is no cookie butter syrup for my cold brew and there is no oat milk for my hot coffee. Why wasn’t I informed of this at the speaker box so I didn’t waste my time? Every other Dunkin marks out unavailable items so they can’t be ordered and failing to do so is the result of poor management.

Neither drink was made and they had my hot coffee in an iced coffee cup. Just terrible. I asked for a refund and was told to do it on the app. There always seems to be ample staff working, but everyone seems to be walking around looking clueless. I ended up going down Plank to another location instead.

Dihlon is AMAZING! I wish he worked every shift! He brings a smile to my face every time I go. I wouldn’t even care if my order was messed up as long as he served me! My little puppy loves him too!

We stopped here for coffee and my wife left her purse. The staff found it and kept it until we drove back 2 hours to get it. Everything was still in her purse and my coffee was exactly right both times. We appreciate the staff watching out for us.

Understand why does it take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee seriously there is literally six people there in the morning everybody just sitting there slacking off literally I got to the mic. Put me on hold for more than five minutes and I still didn’t get my coffee because I was running late for work. The worst place to even get a drink through a drive-through. They wait until the whole window is clear then they’ll take your order. That’s BS. Whoever is the owner is should be fired. Should be replaced for a different person and whoever is managing that place

Ok so the food is good, but if you’re going to hire anyone. Make sure they communicate to each other. Two men on the shift and they had no communication skills, I order my food they don’t even ask me to repeat my order or repeat what they had. Made me wait at the window for like 8 minutes. Took their time to ask if I was waiting for something else. Makes me pay for my inconvenience and then gives me the wrong food. So I went into the store to ask for bacon on my food , one dude starts throwing a fit saying let me see the ticket like I don’t know what I just paid for. The boys aren’t even telling each other what needs to be done. So if you can’t hear someone ask them to repeat the order and read it back and get things right the first time. And be courteous have some personality. Don’t let me know you hate your job and don’t want to be there.

Every morning I get a latte and an avocado toast from this location! I would love to mention the main man that helps me and that man is RASHAD! I put his name in all caps because he deserves to be recognized! He is always so nice and makes sure I have everything given to me correctly! Down to earth and just overall positive every morning! Thank you RASHAD for being amazing and always making my items right! Love this location!!

I see Rashad almost every morning i go and he has always been very sweet and polite. Honestly makes my morning having a short conversation with him. food comes out quickly and good quality. Rashad is great to see in the morning. I am like half asleep on my way to umw and he’s always upbeat and it makes my mornings always a little better.
