Why does no one toast bagels anymore. Used to rely on dunk and now even they air fry it and it's awful. No one likes a chewy bagel.

Never ordering from here again. They don’t listen or pay attention rather it’s in person or over the phone. Even with door dash items are always missing or the order just isn’t right. Tried to give them a chance because I know it’s kids in there but it’s been too many mistakes recently. Don’t order from here! I only like it because it’s a convenient location.

We were lucky! Everything was delicious, piping hot from food to coffee. The only downside was the coffee cups weren't marked, so we had to guess, lol. Besides that, we will go back.

I hate this location. This will definitely be my last time here. They are very slow and your food will be burnt or nasty 80% of the time. Dunkins prices are too high for constantly burnt food. I get the sweet pepper bacon sandwich which is expensive and always excluded on offers. The croissant was obviously old/stale then they burned it. My drink was the signature pistachio latte, the topping was not great and no caramel drizzle, the crumbs were definitely old.

came in smelt like THAT ZAA!! Service was terrible, did not understand my order two times. Gave me whipped cream instead of cold foam. Why is my matcha stuck to the bottom of my cup!! And it was BROWN!
