I pulled up to the drive-through, Reading the app offer they asked me a couple times I said hold on then they were like hey would you like to buy something and I said sure I asked if they had smoothies they said they no longer have those that’s fine. I understand then I asked if I could get the six dollar meal deal which is advertised in their background as a sandwich a medium coffee and hashbrowns. They then proceed to tell me that this is no longer a valid deal and I said what it says it right here on your board she said yeah I know what it says, but that’s not what we’re offering and I said that’s false advertisement your advertising a meal for a specific price inside your box. You should honor that and they said no ma’am we cannot my manager said we cannot. So needless to say, I’m giving them one star because I can’t give them zero their customer service is horrendous. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time at North. I’ve never had a problem. A manager should’ve been like you know what this is our fault let me help you we’ll make it right at the end of the day walk outside remove the advertisement and keep it going. No, they told me basically kick rocks. My apologies if the punctuation or the grammar is not correct I’m using it on my phone at a stoplight. I am upset that they thought this was great. Customer Service wanted to share 10 out of 10. Do not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

No receipt given so we did knot know which coffee was which. One was supposed to be a Carmel latte made with almond milk and the other latte was supposed to have fewer pumps of sweetener. When we went back to the drive thru and asked for the receipt or if they could locate the label we were met with a blank stare. Very unprofessional. Very frustrating not to know which was which since one was too sweet and other did not taste like almond milk. They offered to remake one of the coffees. Won’t go back to that location. The one on tidewater trail is so much better !!

I used to go to this branch frequently, but ever since they messed up my order, I go less often, and today the worst part was that they gave me my grilled cheese without baking it properly 🤦🏻‍♂️ I'll look for another branch.

The staff had a lackluster, you're bothering me attitude. The donuts are always awesome. The coffee however definitely tastes great. I love it but the way they serve it, iterally boiling I have to wait 20-30 minutes for it to cool down.

Tyonna had the WORST costumer service EVER once we walked in the store she was sitting down in lobby and gave us the worst look ever once we walked in with my kids she was serving us with a bad attitude and sold us expired caramel on the hot chocolate she was on the phone while serving our family that’s cross contamination while she was touching expired stuff she didn’t chance her gloves and kept touching her phone we had the worst costumer service ever from her she should get FIREDDDD once I asked her for manager she said she was on the phone with her so your telling me there was no manager in charge that’s crazy once we walked out with our kids she hold her phone up like she was recording us while my kids are under age and she can’t film them without my permisión worst experience ever when I was trying to have a great afternoon with my kids

Why does no one toast bagels anymore. Used to rely on dunk and now even they air fry it and it's awful. No one likes a chewy bagel.

Never ordering from here again. They don’t listen or pay attention rather it’s in person or over the phone. Even with door dash items are always missing or the order just isn’t right. Tried to give them a chance because I know it’s kids in there but it’s been too many mistakes recently. Don’t order from here! I only like it because it’s a convenient location.
