Went here because it is the closest Dunkin to my nail salon. Mind you I don’t live over here, the Dunkin near me is wonderful. The workers were clueless, and made us pull forward in order to grab our food, EVEN THOUGH I PLACED MY ORDER IN ADVANCE. Food was distasteful to top it all off. Do better.

Today’s experience at Dunkin’ was very disappointing. Upon entering, I was not greeted, and while I was still looking at the menu, I felt rushed to order. The cashier short-changed me because they were out of pennies—which isn’t the customer’s fault. My coffee was made without gloves, which was unsanitary and unacceptable. I did notice the young lady preparing food was wearing gloves and handled my order carefully, which I appreciated. However, her hair was in her face, and she mentioned her feet were cold—likely because she was wearing slides, which doesn’t seem safe or appropriate for food service. The only positive part of my visit was the woman who handed me my food with a smile. It was also clear that some employees spoke more enthusiastically to certain customers while barely acknowledging me. The lobby wasn’t very clean, and management was sitting in the dining area blasting their phone instead of addressing these issues. Overall, this location seems to rely heavily on drive-thru business, not customer service inside. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to work or friendly service, this is not the spot.

This restaurant is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area. I’m very familiar with all the morning staff and never have any issue with my food or the service they provide. Unfortunately I went to this restaurant the other day after 3pm and there happens to be an employee by the name of MARVIN who is Rude, Disrespectful, Toxic for this establishment. I will not got into too many details about my horrific experience with MARVIN other than to say profanity, sarcasm and rudeness is not what a customer expects when pulling up to place an order through the drive thru. I will continue to spend my money with this store because again this is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area but I will NEVER make the mistake of going here after the morning crew leaves.

Z was an amazing worker! He gave us free add ons and was very nice and friendly. Would come here again. Best experience I’ve even had at a Dunkin. Also the food was amazing and crispy. Not cold or bad but really warm and crispy. Also the apple pies were delicious. Come here!!!

First the young lady at drive thru wasn't the most pleasant taking orders. I ordered bacon, it was not placed in the toaster, it was cold as ice and had the white grease film on it. I tried calling back immediately but of course the number goes to a vm that's not setup. I would have gone back but was already on 95 north turn.

When I go and they are slow, food and drink come out wonderfully. But when I go adn they are busy my coffee looks like swamp water and my food was made half-assed. I can understand them having a rush and being busy but the difference between my coffees on the day to day is really upsetting, at least to me. Sometimes my coffee will look correct and taste great, other times it's just brown and there is no milk.
