I never post a review ! But would strongly encourage you to never eat here! I should have left due to the smell of the establishment… akin to a sewer smell. But didn’t… ordered two breakfast sandwiches that we were unable to eat and two donuts that had to be at least 2 days old. At Dunkin’!!! Donuts were hard and stale Coffee was ok. I will give them that. Could absolutely not believe how terrible it was … avoid.

I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, but Darian at this location was amazing this afternoon. I went thru the drive thru about 3:40pm and he was HUSTLING. It did not appear that he had any help and yet he remained incredibly polite and went about his job with precision. He made 2 perfect Dunkalattes and served them with a smile (despite the line of cars that kept coming). He is exactly how customer service is supposed to be—now get the man some more employees and move him to a supervisory position. Thanks Darian!

THEY DONT HAVE DONUTS?! What kind of PLACE WITH DONUT IN THE NAME DOESNT SELL DONUTS?!?! NOT ONLY WERE THERE NO DONUT TO SATISFY MY HUNGER THE MAN WORKING WAS VERY RUDE. HE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID WHEN I ASKED IF THEY HAD DONUTS?! AND THENNN HE PROCEEDED TO WALK AWAY WHILE I WAS TALKIJG TO HIM AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF AS I WAS LEAVING (VERY UNPLEASED) HE FOLLOWED M E OUT THE DOOR AND YELLED AT ME TO HAVE A BETTER DAY AND ATTITUDE!!! Came here for coffee and some warm milk for my baby. Couldn’t get it done can you believe that? Anyways, the girls were very respectful. They asked how’s the temperature for the milk. Very respectful and helpful. Great customer service good job. Thank you! 11:35am 11/08
Went here because it is the closest Dunkin to my nail salon. Mind you I don’t live over here, the Dunkin near me is wonderful. The workers were clueless, and made us pull forward in order to grab our food, EVEN THOUGH I PLACED MY ORDER IN ADVANCE. Food was distasteful to top it all off. Do better.

Today’s experience at Dunkin’ was very disappointing. Upon entering, I was not greeted, and while I was still looking at the menu, I felt rushed to order. The cashier short-changed me because they were out of pennies—which isn’t the customer’s fault. My coffee was made without gloves, which was unsanitary and unacceptable. I did notice the young lady preparing food was wearing gloves and handled my order carefully, which I appreciated. However, her hair was in her face, and she mentioned her feet were cold—likely because she was wearing slides, which doesn’t seem safe or appropriate for food service. The only positive part of my visit was the woman who handed me my food with a smile. It was also clear that some employees spoke more enthusiastically to certain customers while barely acknowledging me. The lobby wasn’t very clean, and management was sitting in the dining area blasting their phone instead of addressing these issues. Overall, this location seems to rely heavily on drive-thru business, not customer service inside. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to work or friendly service, this is not the spot.
