Looks cute, the concept is good but the whole thing is kind of a flop unfortunately. The menu looks great but the food quality is poor.. they are not able to manage all the things on their menu and make it work. I had a burger bowl. It was drenched in condiments. Just wet. My husband had a classic burger. We both agreed the meat was very poor. It’s cooked very thin which I usually like but it’s very grizzly meat. The waffle fries and onion rings are very greasy and taste strongly of oil. They are not changing the oil often enough, I think, and they are frying too many different things in the oil and you can taste it. The bacon and lettuce is all prepped ahead, which you would expect but it seemed liked it was prepped yesterday. Nothing seemed fresh. The outdoor igloos aren’t very clean feeling. They are fairly clean but because everything is old, it all looks like it needs a good power washing. I’m hoping they can figure how to do it better otherwise they’ll be out of business in a year and a half.

The well-seasoned burgers are browned to perfection with a crispy edge. It's perfect for this style. The buns are soft and the toppings are plentiful. Best in Fredericksburg? Worth every penny. 5/5
Onion rings have a nice flavor, but weren't crispy. Not soggy, but they are lacking in comparison to the burger. 3/5
Loaded fries, also between crispy and soft. Understandable when smothered with toppings, but the uncovered bits weren't crispy either. Good flavor. 3.5/5

The food was very good, I wouldnt say anything was spectacular or stellar which resulted in a feeling that the food and milkshakes were a little overpriced. But I still enjoyed my food and experience nonetheless
I stopped by today for a quick lunch and I was very impressed by the housemaid ranch and Cajun waffle fries.

So I stopped by Eats with my kids thinking we’d just grab a quick bite. Big mistake. HUGE. I didn’t realize I was about to have a full-on spiritual awakening.
My daughter got the fried chicken sandy — took one bite and instantly started dancing in her seat like she caught the Holy Ghost. My son got the truffle burger, and I swear he looked me dead in the eyes and said, “Dad… I get it now.”
Me? I ordered the Wood Booger. First bite — my soul left my body, floated above the table, and whispered, “This is it. This is the one.”
My son saw the look on my face and said, “Trade you half my truffle burger for half that Wood Booger.” I slid that burger across the table like I was making a sacred offering. He took one bite… leaned back… and said, “I see what you mean, Daddy.”
Fast-forward ten minutes: all three of us are laid out like we just finished Thanksgiving dinner. Food-induced comas. Couldn’t move. Couldn’t think. Just pure burger bliss.
If you eat here, prepare to lick your fingers so clean you start questioning your fingerprints. The flavors? Illegal. The satisfaction? Criminal. The sleep that follows? Heavenly.
Eats, you’ve done too much. And we love you for it. ❤️🍔

If you ever think of getting a fast food burger, come here instead. The place has amazing smash burgers, great toppings, creative burgers every month, all the sides you could want and they’ll get it to you almost as fast as McDonalds. The seating area inside has a retro feel and outdoor seating is available as well. Customer service has always been top notch too.
Best burger place in FXBG. The triple is a must.
