I stumbled upon Eats Burger while searching for a hot dog spot, and initially, I was quite pleased. The young lady at the counter was friendly as she took my order. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received my order. The hot dog looked like a messy concoction, and to make matters worse, they forgot to include my fries. Despite considering eating it, the sight alone turned my stomach. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, the person who prepared it seemed indifferent to my concerns. I requested a refund for the hot dog and the missing fries. Until I headed for the door, there was little effort made to rectify the situation. I decided to head for the door to avoid the situation getting heated. The lack of care and attention to detail in both food preparation and customer service left me with no desire to return. It's a shame, as the initial encounter was promising, but unfortunately, the experience quickly fell far short of expectations.

The food here is pretty decent but it was really loud in there and even though I told the guy behind the counter I couldn't hear him and verified which burger I wanted TWICE he rang me up for a burger that cost twice as much as the one I ordered and when I told him he gave me a $5 coupon for "the next time you're in". I understand that they might have been busy and it might be policy not to refund or anything like that but it was pretty frustrating after I'd tried to communicate it beforehand and it was more then a $5 difference. Oh well...the burgers aren't bad and the place is really cute ?

The burgers were OK. But for me and my son it was $35! Service was Ok. Building is dated and could use some updating - my 9 year old son noticed and said that to me as I was thinking it. We probably will not go back.

Great smash burgers and a retro feel. The restaurant is also LGBTQ friendly and carries branded merch with love is love on it.
What a delicious little hidden find in Fredericksburg down on Lafayette Blvd! I decided to go with the steak and cheese sub, only mayo for my taste, and boy oh boy did that sandwich not disappoint! It didn't take the kitchen crew very long to prepare my main course at all and it was delighting my taste buds in no time flat. Oh, I have not even mentioned the appetizer I ordered. Thank goodness I brought a friend along to Eats or else there would have been a whole lot of that Philly Cheese steak fries left over! Those crisp fries were slathered in cheese and steak just as promised. To be honest with you, I probably could have made a meal just out of them and would not have needed to eat another the entire evening. But no, I decided to go all out and wolf down at least half of that yummy plate of fries and topping, then proceed to put away both halves of my superb sub sandwich. Even though they had awesome flavored bottles of soda available for purchase, I instead went for the standard drink machine and enjoyed unlimited refills to quench my thirst. I am telling you right now, I cannot wait to get back there and try out one of their Smashburgers and believe me, my visit can't happen too soon. Go to Eats!! You and your tummy will certainly be extremely happy and pleased that you did.

Found this place a few months ago and have been there at least 5 times. The burgers are BY FAR the best!Cons: Small, only 5 tables indoors. They have tables outside butin inclement weather, they are not ideal. Thats it!Pros: Food is fresh and delicious.Menu has standard items and rotating monthly offeringsPrices are very reasonable!Staff is very friendly and service is fast.Been looking for a place like this with delicious food at a good price. There are other places locally, mostly big franchises, but once you try a classic burger and fry combo, you won't accept the inflated cost of lesser burgers. Must try!
I don't typically post a review but I saw this location on a random midnight drive with my husband and it's been on my mind for a while. Glad we were able to find it again and actually eat the food. The staff and customers were friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was inviting. You can smell the food before you step in and it wafts around you in a mouth-watering embrace when you walk in. We don't have much luck with fries at home but their fresh waffle fries are well seasoned with salt and goes too well with the BBB drippings. Don't get me started on the BBB. Just go. Experience it for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed.
