Food was great. Prices were great. Salsa wasn't, just canned stewed tomatoes with a hint of cilantro. Fresh salsa wouldn't have been 5 stars. There Thursday special margaritas were very good but a little too sweet for me, not watered down. A lot off the beaten path but certainly worth the trip.

I ordered take out and made a mistake with my order. I called immediately to ask the restaurant to correct it and they did! George and Miguel had excellent customer service skills. And the food was great!

El Gran Patron is a fantastic restaurant that stands out for its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that really impressed me. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick meal or a relaxed dining experience, I highly recommend El Gran Patron. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
