I had a great dining experience. I requested an intimate area due to the nature of the event. I believe this was overlooked due to table where we were seated. I requested something more private which was accommodated. The food and non-alcoholic drink was delicious. I had to send my chicken back due to pink juices on the plate however it was put back on the grill and cooked longer. Our server was very attentive describing the entree choices. I'd return for another visit.

We chose Fahrenheit 132 for its menu. My husband was delighted with his filet mignon albeit said it was a tad overcooked. I am not a meat eater, so chose the fish. Mine was very good, a bit greasy given that it was fried, and while not a huge portion, was satisfying. Our server was outstanding, knowledgeable, and not obsequious. We were served our food promptly. Minor complaints: bread at beginning of meal seemed meager and a bit stale. Only salted butter offered, no olive oil. We were seated next to the bar so noise was a factor, with TV's on. Wanted a romantic dinner and that was not the vibe. The dessert was personalized for our anniversary which made the meal special. Appreciated we got to sample the wine before selecting (by the glass; bottle prices will make your eyes water). We would go back, but for $200 incl. tip for two people (incl. 2 drinks each and shared dessert), will only do so for rare special occasion.

Service and food was great. It is expensive but went in expecting it and the service matched the price. Was on the patio, which was surprisingly nice since it wasn't really hot for a late June afternoon. If it was a typical blazing VA afternoon (reservation was at 4:45) I am not sure I would do the patio, although it was covered, so sun/ rain wouldn't be an issue. Over all great experience.

Went here for a nice dinner out with my fiance. It was busy but the food came out quick! The bread they give is delicious. We had the Maryland crab sliders for our appetizer and they were delicious! Lots of dill and the crab tasted fresh. I had the surf and turf with the hanger steak - it was amazing! So flavorful without any extra sauces. My fiancé had the Delmonico ribeye and he said the same thing - flavorful and tender. We both got the truffle Mac and cheese as a side and it was the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. I'd go there again just for that! I also had the garlic green beans which were amazing if you like alot of garlic and he had the French onion soup which he said was good (it had lots of cheese and flavor). For dessert, we split the bread pudding with caramel gelato and it was gone in a second. Our server told us all their gelato is made in house and you could tell by how good it was. Everything was great! Our server was also so nice, attentive, and informative! I cannot recommend this place enough if you have some extra money for a nice dinner out.

Though I'd ordered from Farenheit 132 a handful of times in the past, this is first time I actually remember sitting down to eat there. The service was quite good, staff congenial and efficient. The food arrived timely with our porterhouse having been well-cooked. My wife enjoyed the truffle-mac-n-cheese, and I enjoyed a side of garlic mashed potatoes. I wasn;t a huge fan of the truffle fries that we had awaiting our entrees, but it could easily been an off-night (OK to try again down the road). Overall is was a great experience.

To start, our server was great. She explained the menu options, was very helpful with selections, and appropriately attentive - not in our face, but there when we wanted something. The food was mostly great. The boated escargot were delicious, and the presentation made the dish extra special. My wife's and daughter's dish were also good; good, not great. The cocktails, I had the barrel-aged manhattan, were also OK - not stellar. My only quibble was with my steak. I decided to splurge and went for the dry-age NY strip, at twice the price of the regular steaks. The server explained that, because of the dry aging, even though I had ordered medium rare, the steak would look more cooked. OK. When the steak arrived, it was 20% fat. I'm not a steak aficionado, but had a similar high-end cut recently elsewhere, and there wasn't a bit of fat to be seen. I left my plate clean, there. I was tempted to ask the server if I had gotten the correct cut, because it sure looked like a rib-eye, not a NY strip. I was hungry, the food had taken a while to arrive, and my family was already eating. Also, again, not a steak aficionado, so maybe the fat was there like in a bone-in steak, i.e., the meat's good, there's just also other stuff. All in all, a good steakhouse. IMO, however, the price point, and having to wait weeks/months for a Saturday reservation doesn't match the experience.

There is a reason that if you don’t pre-book, the first opening is after 9pm 😂 The food is absolutely phenomenal, the atmosphere accompanies a large crowd, but the lighting design and spacing of seating allows for easy conversation and a sense of privacy. The food- there are not words. Absolutely incredible in terms of both flavor pairings and preparation. Their filet is a MUST try- while the pricing is on the higher side, there is a reason for it.

The staff has been excellently trained to keep your dining experience optimal by quietly clearing dishes refilling waters and watching for any signs of a question or request. My husband and I had one of the best date nights here and will absolutely be returning. I could go on for paragraphs (as someone with a culinary degree and extensive experience in the running of a restaurant, front and back) on how well Fahrenheit 132 has managed to knock it out of the park, but I also don’t want to not get a table so please don’t book at 4pm on Thursday’s 😂

First the good. Great steaks and good service. Minus one star for the drinks My friends smokey old Fasion was super small. When asked if he wanted another he told the person and he said it’s 2 1/2 ounces. First that seems small but it wasn’t even 2 1/2 ounces. He did nothing to rectify that. I ordered a stella.beer My beer did not look or taste like Stella. The waitress said it was My friend had a beer that he said tasted bad. They did take that back. Come for steak. Pass on the alcohol

⭐☆☆☆☆ A Loyal, High-Spending Customer Treated Like a Risk — Absolutely Unacceptable

I’ve supported Fahrenheit 132 for years. My family and I have dined here many times, and every visit typically comes with a bill close to $1,000. We’ve celebrated here. We’ve brought guests. We’ve chosen to spend serious money at this restaurant. And now, just because we made a reservation for 8 (which is standard in a real family), they demanded a credit card and threatened a $20/person charge if we didn’t show.

Yes, they said the charge wouldn’t apply if we canceled the night before—but that’s not the point. The point is: after years of loyal business, we’re treated like a liability, not valued customers. That’s an insult.

I expressed my concern to the receptionist, assistant manager, and general manager. All three didn’t care. The GM even said this is part of the restaurant’s “evolution.” Evolution? If that means disrespecting loyal patrons and treating everyone like a no-show risk, count me out.

The arrogance is astounding. You don’t get to charge people for a “possible” missed reservation just because you think you’re that important. If your business can’t survive without charging cancellation fees to your most loyal guests, something’s wrong with your model.

And let’s not forget—the place is small, cramped, loud, and not kid-friendly. Booths are tight, space is limited, and the vibe is not what you’d expect from a place trying to charge you for just reserving a seat.

Great food doesn’t excuse bad policy—and even worse attitude.
