It took 2 hrs when we were told it would be 30 min..... We didnt get our drinks we paid for, nor did we get the sides we ordered... A shame, the food is decent but service is horrible.

Wife and I stopped by to try their Pina Colada smoothies ... deliciously tasty. However, it took 20 minutes to receive them and we were only customers in the store ... The single counter clerk had to wait on us, answer telephone, take telephone orders, go-to back when called by boss to go back ... Young man really overworked but was a sincere hardworking employee. The owner needs to look and see what is going on and rectify this situation. Will try for a 2nd time, but hoping they correct this situation.

Ordered pizza and wings for a delivery. Waited 45 minutes and I called to check status and was advised driver just left restaurant. 25 minutes later driver rang doorbell! The issue I take with that is we live 2 miles from restaurant. Its only 1 stop light between restaurant and my house. FOOD WAS ICE COLD! Had to heat up in my stove. Very disappointed for 1st time customer

Walked inside, no one around. Shouted "hello" several times. Waited 5 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I guess youre just supposed to jump behind the counter and make your own pizza?

I ordered online through the Slice app at 6pm (during opening hours as indicated). My payment was taken and it gave me a time. When I arrived to pick up my order, the restaurant was CLOSED.

The last time I tried to pick up food, no one was behind the counter and I didn't even hear anyone in the kitchen. I waited at least five minutes before I walked back out, but the entire time the place was silent, aside from the TVs they had on.

Honestly that might be the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Cheese pizza. How expired was the cheese? Disgusting. I’ll be going to brothers pizza from now on. Much better.
