Firehouse sandwiches are excellent. The meat is tasty, the veggies are Super fresh and crisp. The service is friendly. The atmosphere is a little middle of the road. I come here for the sandwiches not for anything else and I've not been disappointed. Toasted Club on a Sub with honey mustard instead of deli mustard for the win!
I felt pretty let down at this location. I love Firehouse, but this one missed the mark, not only on the quality of the subject, but the lack of attentiveness from the staff. It felt as though my patronage was an inconvenience to those working there.

I always avoided Firehouse place because I confused it with Jimmy John's. I've been three times in the past two months and each of the different sandwiches I had were better than most other chain sub places
The young lady that helped me on Sunday, September 22nd was very good at her job. I don't know if she's the manager or assistant manager. She sure went out of her way to make sure my order was correct, thank you , and she was pretty too. 🙄🥰👍
