Good customer service, and the food is always ready on time.
I frequent this store every time I am in Fredericksburg. I live 2 hours away, but on trips to Fredericksburg I include Firehouse Subs as a meal stop.

Got sent by my boss for the BOGO sub offer but was not listed at the store. The young man behind the counter directed me to the app where it was clearly listed as the online offer. I placed the order with the applied coupon and he even came out from behind the counter to check that it worked. Subs quickly made and they were great as usual. Fantastic all around experience.

Firehouse sandwiches are excellent. The meat is tasty, the veggies are Super fresh and crisp. The service is friendly. The atmosphere is a little middle of the road. I come here for the sandwiches not for anything else and I've not been disappointed. Toasted Club on a Sub with honey mustard instead of deli mustard for the win!
I felt pretty let down at this location. I love Firehouse, but this one missed the mark, not only on the quality of the subject, but the lack of attentiveness from the staff. It felt as though my patronage was an inconvenience to those working there.
