Came here close to closing after a long day of working. The young man was very nice, helpful, and understanding. He gave me a hot sub quick and it was very yummy.

Got to this location around a half hour before closing. We were on a long trip from Florida as there was a death in our family. We walked in and the two youngsters behind the counter were giving us dirty looks, talking among themselves and didn't even greet us as we said hello. I understand they were about to close but we were doing takeout anyway. They were so rude and we didn't trust them to make our food. I will never go to any Firehouse AGAIN.

My family and I walked in at 8:35. They close at 9. The workers were giving nasty looks, whispering amongst each other about us, and were rude.

As a lifelong Subway guy, I was hesitant to venture into uncharted sandwich territory. However, on this monumentus occasion, I declared victory over my subway affliction. In every way, Firehouse Subs redefined my expectations of sandwich artisan craft work.
