The last three times I came here my order was wrong. How hard can it be to make a steak and cheese with no mayo.
Unfortunately, very understaffed. The 2 workers were working hard but it took way too long for a family of 4.

Firehouse has the best subs hands down! This location we have stopped at twice now when passing through to visit family. The store has always been clean and the employees... well we can't praise them enough.. they're friendly, helpful, and create an enjoyable atmosphere!! ❤️

Failed to get the order correct on 2 occasions. Today while trying to order a ham and cheese sub. The Lady couldn't even ring up the order! After 3 attempts I took my grandsons to Subway. This store needs help.

Ordered a salad with no diced green peppers, payed for extra cheese and pastrami. Received a salad with extra green peppers, and none of the items I payed extra for. Now the store phone number won't answer. Waste of my time and money.

This is good for a quick and go for lunch. They were a little slow but it was a new employee and the owner. He was learning and did a great job with our order.

Food, as usual, was amazing. Great taste and the cherry limeade is to die for.
Atmosphere is great, it's so humbling to see fire department history and memorabilia so up close, especially as a firefighter.
