I ordered chips with one of the meals. We had to go back in and ask them to give us the chips . They told us to get the chips with no apoligy. Drove home and opened up my sandwich. I thought I was getting a pepperoni , pizza , meatball sandwich , and there were no pepperonis in the sandwich. If the fast food restaurant was busy, we would not be as irritated. However , we were the only customers in the restaurant to pick up our order. So basically , we almost paid thirty dollars and we did not get what we ordered. The funny thing is that we were told bye the system that once we made the order online it would take this long . But we got there early and they had our stuff ready. So we got it fast , but we did not get what we wanted. I guess when they had a nonchalant attitude ... they didn't really care if we got what we asked for.

I have a killer sinus infection and didn't feel like cooking. We got Firehouse Subs and I was so glad. They were delicious, hot, and exactly as we ordered. We used the website and when I walked in, the young lady behind the counter was so courteous and handed me our order. She thanked me for coming and wished me a great night. I realized when I got home, I hadn't even brushed my hair🤣🤣. Perhaps I should have let my hubby go in and get the order🤣🤣. Thank you firehouse subs for a great meal!! We will be back!!

Came here close to closing after a long day of working. The young man was very nice, helpful, and understanding. He gave me a hot sub quick and it was very yummy.

Got to this location around a half hour before closing. We were on a long trip from Florida as there was a death in our family. We walked in and the two youngsters behind the counter were giving us dirty looks, talking among themselves and didn't even greet us as we said hello. I understand they were about to close but we were doing takeout anyway. They were so rude and we didn't trust them to make our food. I will never go to any Firehouse AGAIN.

My family and I walked in at 8:35. They close at 9. The workers were giving nasty looks, whispering amongst each other about us, and were rude.

Wonderful customer service but not the best Firehouse sub I've ever had. That's a reflection on training; do better managers!
