Firehouse has the best subs hands down! This location we have stopped at twice now when passing through to visit family. The store has always been clean and the employees... well we can't praise them enough.. they're friendly, helpful, and create an enjoyable atmosphere!! ❤️

Failed to get the order correct on 2 occasions. Today while trying to order a ham and cheese sub. The Lady couldn't even ring up the order! After 3 attempts I took my grandsons to Subway. This store needs help.
Ordered a salad with no diced green peppers, payed for extra cheese and pastrami. Received a salad with extra green peppers, and none of the items I payed extra for. Now the store phone number won't answer. Waste of my time and money.

Horrible service. "They lost my order" even though I ordered in person. Unorganized staff waited 30 minutes for my sun. Got home and it was wrong.

Hailey was so very helpful and said it was her first day training! She was so kind and welcoming and she is doing great! Amazing job Hailey, I will definitely be back to see you.Food, as usual, was amazing. Great taste and the cherry limeade is to die for.Atmosphere is great, it's so humbling to see fire department history and memorabilia so up close, especially as a firefighter.Great job yall!

The service was terrible. After repeating my order several times he finally understood me. Then the order I received was not what I wanted or ordered. It was not worth the price or hassle. Go to WaWa, save money and get a better sandwich
As someone who worked in kitchens for 2 years managing and pricing menus, I'd love to hear how a regular full sub is almost 20 bucks, just yikes.

I ordered a sub online and went I went to pick it up there was literally no one there. They decided to start making it when I came in to ask for it so I had to wait another 15 minutes. Next time I’ll go across the street to Jersey Mikes

I'm leaving this review as someone who goes to this firehouse subs all the time and absolutely love this location. It came to my attention after I went to another Firehouse subs how truly amazing this location is the Food is always amazing. The service is always spot on. Thank you for giving me and my family a staple sub store to enjoy.

One of the worse places to order from. Do not expect your order to be made on time. I ordered one sub for take-out, was told it would be ready at 12:25pm. I showed up at 12:25pm and the sub wasn't ready. No big deal as I normally give them an extra 5 minutes or so. However, 20 minutes later and the sub still wasn't made. I had to ask where my sub was before they finally decided to make it. Save yourself some time and go to Jerseys Mike's or Subway.
