I came in yesterday and my order was missing a patty on the burger the MOD Catilin’s professionalism really stood out to me. The whole staff I can tell is being led by great examples! I am here today and the MOD Alex which remembered and reminded me of another location I was at in Fredericksburg he and I had an conversation, his remembrance, professionalism, kindness and exceptional customer service is what made me remember him and our conversation.
