Five Guys

I visited this location a few weeks ago. It was clean, and the food was delicious. My only issue was with the service. I had placed an online order and gave my name at the counter. A short woman with an undercut and black hair was very rude, telling me something about “doing white tickets first” and implying that, since I was a DoorDasher, I had to wait.

A younger woman with ginger hair and eyeliner quickly corrected her, explaining it was a call-in order, and the older woman never apologized and stormed off. The younger employee then made my food, handed it to me with a smile, and later approached me in the lobby to sincerely apologize, saying that’s not how they conduct business. I learned she was just 16 and at her first job, and I respect this location for hiring younger workers—my first job was also in fast food.

The older employee’s behavior was inappropriate and should be addressed, but otherwise, I had no issues and would return.

It wasn't very busy for lunch. Restaurant was clean, friendly staff and the food was amazing. The price was concerning. Is it normal to pay $18 for a small fry a cheeseburger and a small fountain drink.

Ordered online went up to the counter and checked in then was told they forgot to make my order
Slow and way over priced i was told my order would be ready by 647 7pm and still don't have my food

The food at 5 guys is pretty standardized per location. But one thing I’d like this location to address is be more consistent with keeping its soda machine stocked. At this particular time we have no sprite, cherry coke, or pibb.

5 Guys is one of the better fast food joints... They seem to be a little on the higher cost side, but the food is fresh and the Fry's are the BEST... They are cut from REAL potatoes and the taste is fantastic...

Some of the best boogers anywhere I've eaten at... Not the healthiest place to eat but if you wanna carbo load then hit the gym this bigger will do the trick... Love this place...

The food is great as usual, but the counter is far away from the door and the counter people yelled when I walked through the door. At least let me get to the counter before greeting me.

$48 got us fries, 2 cold burgers, one Cold grilled cheese, one bottle of water and 2 fountain drinks that tasted like bleach. One of the employees I guess kid? Was sitting on the counter where they put food for pick up. Didn't see anyone wipe down the counter. Disappointed in this Five Guys, as it's normally my go to. The price was to be expected with how expensive everything is. But the food could have at least been hot.

This was my first time at this location. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. I found out later she was the GM for this location. My order was ready as promised and the food tasted great. This is now my favorite Five Guys location.

Great made to order, freshly cooked burgers! I love that they wrap them in foil. We also love the peanuts in the shell that we enjoy while we wait. They provide plenty of fries and I always put the malt vinegar on them!
