Came for food, left dehydrated. Every bite tasted like the cow was raised on salt blocks and regret. If salt is your personality, you’ll love it. Everyone else, sip your water and keep driving!

Placed mobile order at 12:05 and it was not ready until 12:45. When I arrived, they told me one of my burgers was no longer available even though it was an option on the app. When I finally received my order, it was missing a kids chicken tender meal so I had to wait even longer.

Ordered from Uber eats and there was no burger after we had paid for it. My husband drives there to get my burger I ordered and its been off the menu for 2 weeks now so (after waiting over an hour when the first order then another 30 mins for him to go there and get it.) and its got a hair in it and missing items it. I ordered a bacon burger. I called and it goes straight to voicemail.

We enjoyed our meals at Freddy’s along Rt 17 in Fredericksburg. It was our first visit and Malek explained all that there was to choose from. The large burgers were fabulous with the melted cheese and tasty lean bacon. Their large order of onion rings was the best. The frozen custard was Amazing!!! We tried the vanilla and chocolate, super delicious! We will definitely be returning.

Edit: unfortunately last night at around 8pm the place was in shambles. The soda machine was spilling water into a bucket and carpet floor while guests were expected to still use the machine ( Please next time cut it off and just use the one behind the counter). Because of the spillage the place reeked of an unpleasant smell. Also in spots throughout the restaurant floor it was sticky. Worst was the tables which were cleaned off by a dirty rag or something that left unpleasant streaks at every table. Lastly the fries served were cold but they replaced them with fresh ones upon request so that was at least corrected.

Bottom line: please make drastic changes to the cleaning and practices there or you will hemorrhage customers until Nil.

Yall this location ain’t it. It smells like an old cafeteria, the floors were so slippery (I almost fell) and the cashier was so out of it. They have clean bathrooms and you can just glide around because the floors were that slippery. Smelled like old mop water. The Fairfax location is way better and represents the brand.

Food wasn’t great at all. Spent almost an hour in the drive thru. Ice cream watery down, root beer float watery down, burgers had onions on it that went bad. Hot dog was cold. I don’t recommend anyone coming here. $60 down the drain.
