Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We enjoyed our meals at Freddy’s along Rt 17 in Fredericksburg. It was our first visit and Malek explained all that there was to choose from. The large burgers were fabulous with the melted cheese and tasty lean bacon. Their large order of onion rings was the best. The frozen custard was Amazing!!! We tried the vanilla and chocolate, super delicious! We will definitely be returning.

I ordered online and there was a certain ingredient they were out of, so they asked me about a customization to make sure the concrete would be ok for me <3 after a really long day it just made me happy to have them do the little extra mile for me when they could have just cancelled the order to not deal with it. Hopefully whoever reads this gives a shoutout to the staff working 9/19 evening! :)

Cold food. Soggy lettuce. I was not impressed.

Cold burger. Rude staff.

Guy on the register was very slow to take our order. When we came back to the counter for ice cream, he turned around and walked back to the drive thru area to stock catsup. He finally came back and it took a good 10 minutes for him to fix it. My husband's burger was hot a very good; mine, not so much. But they put my hamburger with his fries (he got the combo; I did not. I took one bite and realizing I had his. I shoulda just kept it...but I'm a good wife! 😄 Love the food tho!

Service was horrible manager was a younger guy that seemed like he didnt know what was going on then they pulled me up to wait for my food waited 25 minutes to get my food i actually had to call them and ask them if they forgot about me this place was a great place to eat but now its gone down hill worst part they burnt my onion rings so couldnt eat them

Burgers were a little oversalted. Staff wasn’t the friendliest- I didn’t appreciate the Gen Z blank stare and non-response given to my brother-in-law when he asked a very simple question.
