Took way too long in drive they to take my order

In response to owner: fresh or not fresh shouldn't have to sit there in silence at the drive thru for 5 minutes with nobody in front of me for an order to be made, it was 9:30PM I think your employees checked out early!

We enjoyed our meals at Freddy’s along Rt 17 in Fredericksburg. It was our first visit and Malek explained all that there was to choose from. The large burgers were fabulous with the melted cheese and tasty lean bacon. Their large order of onion rings was the best. The frozen custard was Amazing!!! We tried the vanilla and chocolate, super delicious! We will definitely be returning.

What a horrible experience! I went through the drive-thru and told the person at the ordering machine at least three times, and again at the window, that I did not want any sauces because my husband is allergic. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink, and after driving 30 minutes home, I was shocked to find that the sandwich had mayo. Even the receipt clearly says “no sauce,” which makes this even more frustrating. I repeated my request multiple times—three times at the machine and once at the window—so how many times do we have to disclose this? What if the sandwich had been for a child who ate it without checking first? They could have ended up in the hospital! I even filed a claim online the same day, and they never contacted me. This is completely unacceptable.

This is my favorite place to go when I'm in the area! The food is wonderful and that frozen custard does it for me every time.
