Haven't been here in many years and decided to give it another chance.The adage, never trust an empty restaurant during mealtime, came to mind as I was the sole dine in customer.The service was okay. A lunch buffet is no longer offered, I assume it was a victim of the pandemic although the tables are still on place. This aging location had several light bulbs out and/off.No lunch specials are offered, so I ordered combination egg foo young off the menu. Wait time wasn't too horrible. The dish arrived and was okay. Sauce was practically flavorless. Soy sauce bottle on the table was horribly dirty.Not sure what keeps this place afloat although they seem to have a small but loyal take out contingency.Edit: Response to management's comment. I asked if there was a lunch menu and was told there wasn't one, nor was one listed in the menu that I was handed. The one time I was asked about my food, my mouth was full. And with limited time to have lunch, I wasn't about to to ask for a new order. Why would I expect it to be any different from the first time?

Was super excited to try this restaurant mainly because the name is funny and the prices are not bad. I go to pay and do not select a tip (was initially going to use cash) but somehow $10 shows up after I paid. My husband shows up at the restaurant, he said it smells horrible and the guy in front is super rude. The food we ordered was not correct, but somehow that’s my husband’s fault and the guy gets an attitude. My husband asks the guy to fix the tip situation, the dude made an ugh noise, rolled his eyes, and somehow managed to get rudder. The food was overall mostly bland. The pork dish was almost nothing but onions.

I tried several other Chinese restaurants in the area before finding Fu Kien and it has immediately become my favorite. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and food is great. As a bonus, this is the only place in the area I've found good Sichuan style dumplings with chili oil.

This is the third time we have ordered take-out here. We ordered online as requested. We got the standard “20 minutes.” Again, for the third time, we have arrived to no food ready. We placed our order 50 minutes ago. Still waiting, and the food is average at best. Out of our three attempts, the order has never been correct. I do not recommend
Edit to add: the customer service is excellent. The manager saw my review and reached out to me for resolution. It makes the situation a little better that they were willing to helpThree bites in and I am so disappointed. Bland Chow Mein and burnt tasting fried rice. I’m sorry but I’m not ordering from here again

We usually order from here every Sunday. Sundays are our Chinese take out days. We love it. The crab Rangoons are the best around, we also get the beef lo mein, and the general Tso. I never want to venture out and try somewhere else because I'm a creature of habit and see no need to fix something that isn't broken. Lol we love this place.

I was not acknowledged at the door but the person after me was. It took an half hour to get a bowl of soup for take out. They gave me a poor excuse that my order was less important. I Should have requested my money back but I used my card.
