Great place and was very clean and the staff there were nice and friendly. This was our first time going and it was lots of fun. They had 3 different singer's that night for a concert.

The ambience of this place is so unexpected from what you see outdoors. Pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. Had chop steak and taters, we also got a bowl of the white chicken chili all so delicious. And don’t forget to mention the cornbread and mashed taters all tasty and great size portions.

This is a place to get a great meal, shoot some pool, or just get out on the dance floor. There is live music every other weekend, and DJ's to play all your favorite music. Enjoy a smoke-free environment when there is a band, but they allow smoking every other night. For you non-smokers, it can get pretty bad in there, and that's why I didn't give it a full 5 star rating.
Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian chili, corn bread, tater tots, and I'm sure you can get a salad without meat on it. So, there is not a huge selection for vegetarians.
Parking: It's in a shopping center, so there is more parking then you will ever need.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's Wheelchair accessible from the outside and even has a ramp inside to lead you to the bar and any table you want to sit at.

I went to a party at Hard Times this past Saturday night and WAS shocked at how great the food was. I go to bars often so I was expecting the same mid food…I was so wrong. The customer service was amazing as well. I was impressed with how they took care of our group. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Food is great. A little expensive for the type of food. I don't exoect to pay almost $17 for chicken finger platter anywhere else. Prices are different online in their menu vs in the location itself. By $2 per item. That's a big difference. When I mentioned it to the waitress, her response was i don't know with no concern or care.
I would expect them to honor their site charges or at the very least discount our order. Esp since we go often. They need to update their website or give a resonable explanation to the people who asks. We paid a $5 dollar difference 2x just this week.
Parking: Lots of parking but the lot is disgusting. Their sidewalk right out front is even more dirty than the parking lot itself
Kid-friendliness: Not the best kid friendly place. They do have sep sections so I'd you do want to bring them, you probably could downstairs. Def not the upper..
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems easy enough to get in and out but it can get very crowded so help may be needed. Not wheel chair friendly throughout though.

Greasy food. But amazing chili. Been twice in last week. The waitress is pretty quirky and reiterated she’s new. The smoke smell lingers and permeates the whole place. Just oozed out from the bar. If you bring children just be mindful. They have a jukebox and some old Hollywood posters. Decent place would recommend.

Stopped for a bite on Friday evening. The restaurant wasn't busy (bar was). We had top-notch service. Food was good and at a good value. Two dinners with alcoholic drinks for less than $50. We tried the Greek Chilli and the Quesadilla. Both dishes were fresh and tasty. We can see going there again and trying other dishes.#OwlsTweet #BirdLife #worldtraveler @MeetMrOwl

Restaurant side needed help, staff wasn't very sure if what was going on...bar side was great at the tables, but don't expect to walk up and get a drink straight from the bar, waitress was great waiting tables during the show Saturday night!

Since when is it protocol for somebody coming in on a Saturday night to order food TO GO to pay $20 as a coverage charge, I came in there all the time to get to go food and tip my bartender like I’ve been there for hours, make it make sense
