There is no point in online ordering. We placed an order on the app and the lady at the speaker kept putting us on “hold” at the drive thru after telling her we were there for a mobile pick up.. Finally get to the window and they say oh we have to make it .. And that lead to another 20 minute waits.. Literally pulling every car up. I placed it online with expectation that i would cut out the wait time. But in total we waited over 30 minutes. won’t be back to Hardee’s as a whole because of it is not breakfast, you might as well waste 30-40 mins and they kept forgetting. the drinks

Used to be the best hardess around. The breakfast is only thing worth going for and that's been hit or miss. Two times now they gave me a nasty chicken biscuit instead of the omelet biscuit meal I ordered. This morning they gave me a super bacon biscuit that was so salty it was almost inedible. The first time Shaniqua was nice and helped me replace my order but this the second time my breakfast was ruined so I'm leaving a review now.
After many years not having a Hardee's near where I live I stopped at one in Fredericksburg it was very good.

640 in spent 51 dollars for dinner for my famliy .Had too take burger back no meat then get home food all cold and burgers have what looks like dog hair all over it staff was rude as well and it time location was not busy .# health department please dont eat here for your health and saftey
I will not be going back. With hardly any customers inside,and a few in the drive through,waited 30 minutes for a simple combo meal. Counted seven staff members working. All on their cell phones. Some outside smoking.

Because the sandwiches are kept under a light DOESN'T mean they're HOT, just hard.So if someone ask if you can please heat the sandwich that we paid for please don't get an instant attitude.Also if ur not GOOD at making the MILKSHAKES please please allow another employee to make it PLEASE .

I walked in and there were two employees behind the counter, neither of them acknowledged me. The young lady sweeping the floor, stopped what she was doing, came over and greeted me. All I wanted was a peach lemonade. This poor girl had to ask two other people to help her simply access the screen to put an order in the computer, one of them appeared to be a manager. I used the bathroom while I waited and it inspired the review. Two stalls. Both gross. One of them didn't even have toilet paper.
Trash overflowing. The floors in the dining room were filthy. It was only noon. My lemonade was really good once I shook the entire thing. They didn't mix the syrup or even bother giving me a straw for the one drink I ordered.
