Manager refused to talk to me and absolutely zero staff greeted or made feel welcome whatsoever. Will never give money to this store again. I used to eat here all the time too, first time venturing inside and certainly my absolute last.

640 in spent 51 dollars for dinner for my famliy .Had too take burger back no meat then get home food all cold and burgers have what looks like dog hair all over it staff was rude as well and it time location was not busy .# health department please dont eat here for your health and saftey

I will not be going back. With hardly any customers inside,and a few in the drive through,waited 30 minutes for a simple combo meal. Counted seven staff members working. All on their cell phones. Some outside smoking.

Because the sandwiches are kept under a light DOESN'T mean they're HOT, just hard.So if someone ask if you can please heat the sandwich that we paid for please don't get an instant attitude.Also if ur not GOOD at making the MILKSHAKES please please allow another employee to make it PLEASE .

I walked in and there were two employees behind the counter, neither of them acknowledged me. The young lady sweeping the floor, stopped what she was doing, came over and greeted me. All I wanted was a peach lemonade. This poor girl had to ask two other people to help her simply access the screen to put an order in the computer, one of them appeared to be a manager. I used the bathroom while I waited and it inspired the review. Two stalls. Both gross. One of them didn't even have toilet paper.
Trash overflowing. The floors in the dining room were filthy. It was only noon. My lemonade was really good once I shook the entire thing. They didn't mix the syrup or even bother giving me a straw for the one drink I ordered.
I won't go back.

Mold is everywhere here they need to be shut down not to mention they charge you for all condiments even if you get something that condiment should come with. Waited forever food was served cold

Visited 4/27/25 ordered the Strawberry lemon biscuits. They actually taste the same as other Hardee's. The male cashier said wait took his cash drawer & left. The female cashier immediately stepped up & took my order. Clean lobby but empty.
The cashier was friendly and the taste of the food was good. The biscuits were small but tastey

Food was good, service was excellent This store has a manager that is on-point. I had the pleasure of watching her guide her crew, manage the kitchen orders, and train a new associate all at the same time. She was patient and I was impressed! A well run store keeps the customers coming back. I will be back again for sure đ

The manager and employee were extremely rude when I asked to get a burger I had seen online. They asked me to pull up to the window and the first thing I see is the manager angrily mouthing âWE DONâT HAVE THATâ to the cashier. Context- I was grabbing lunch for myself and a friend, I had to get back at a certain time, and this isnât a restaurant either of us usually frequent. I was confused and tried to ask them for suggestions for something similar, explaining I really just wanted whatever big kind of burger they normally have, it didnât really matter that much, but it came off like they were trying to shoo me away for deigning to bother them. âWe donât have that, we donât even sell those anymore, we havenât in yearsâ âŠas if I would know that after it was literally the first thing that showed up in the search bar as a recommendation for the lettuce wrap. There was nobody else in line, so it wasnât like I was stressing them out. I asked for no sauce besides barbecue, and instead they spread a ton of mayo on both sides of the burger, with no other sauce, which I only realized after I had already driven away. It came off as extremely antagonistic for no reason and clearly, they canât follow simple directions. Donât eat here.
