What a terrible store… they messed up my order twice… and then blamed the candied bacon for not being candied… they also never gave me the difference back between the candied bacon sandwich and the regular bacon… I will never go here again

place ur order, sit in the drive thru with one car in front of u takes that person 10 minutes to get there food took me 8 minutes at the window to get my order staff is rude and disorganized and shorted my order twice now will never spend money at a Hardee's restaurant again the three in our area are horrible and gross

Went in after 2 and was the only one inside. They had a few customers in the drive thru. They made sure to have someone out to take our order. Food came out hot after 15 minutes and the service was outstanding. The woman made sure we had everything and came to check on us later. No one hardly does this anymore in these chains. The dining room was clean and food was good.

Hardee’s in this region is best at breakfast and lunch. In the evening for dinner it seems like wait times are longer for food and customer service is short. I like the steak biscuits. I also like the chicken tenders and chili dogs are good.
