ALWAYS slow service, missing items and sketchy customers. Employees always have a bad attitude like you are bothering them bc they have to do their job. Encounter an issue with food being correct/service more often than not. Maybe increase employee pay and get better staff as a starting point. When hiring you get what you pay for.

We took the drive through & were told to pull off and wait for our food. Then we watched 3 other people go through the drive through and get their food within minutes. We waited over 20 minutes before my husband had to go inside and ask what where our food is. Turns out the lady who took our food order went to break and never even put our order up for them to make. Very dysfunctional. I don’t understand how this place even runs. We got our order made fresh so that was nice but that was ridiculous.

The shakes were half full and runny. I asked the young man to either remake them or refund the money. He ignored me for 10 min. Finally the shift lead has to stop cooking to come remake them. Sad that there is only 2 people to do everything but the guy at the front is not personable at all. Andrew the shift lead remade them. The young man in the pic is the one I said basically ignored me.

Love the hot ham with cheese and the cinnamon rolls,so delicious. Service is usually pretty fast, and employees are usually friendly at the drive-thru. I love they brought back the cinnamon raisin biscuits ?.

Im in a wheelchair...I ordered my sandwich using the Hardee's App. Set it for drive thru pickup. As I went to pickup I was informed that I would have to come inside to pick it up. I told Sheila(person at speaker) that I had a wheelchair, also Informing her that I had left chair. She still insisted that I would have to come. There was two vehicles in drive thru also. My husband was also able to hear the call, so he came to location to pick up food. As he went in to address the issue manager Christina, He was told that Sheila didn't say that. This is stating that customer is not right. Why would I have my husband come out to the location which is 20mins from the house. This is very hard on me, yet as he went to complain the Manager(Christina) and they called the police after asking him to leave. This location has proven to be not handicap friendly.

They need to train their cooks. Burger were burnt. Don't they have timers to let them know when it is ready. Around 5 pm on 11/15.

I normally don’t review fast food but restaurants, but this is the worst place I’ve eaten in a while. The Hardee’s worker taking orders couldn’t care less about me being there. I said please and thank you and he just stared as if he couldn’t care less. The ice tea isn’t located where customers can get their own so you have to ask for iced tea. When I did he rolled his eyes and begrudgingly got it for me and I said thank you and just turned back and walked away. The restaurant wasn’t busy, I’m wondering how they stay in business. I looked for a name tag but if he had one it wasn’t visible. I promise not to go in there and waste this guy’s time anyway.
