My experience during my last visit was by far the worse at the Tidewater Trail (Rt 2) location. I go to this location multiple times on a weekly basis, my last visit I was not so pleased. I bought the peach shake that I truly enjoy, I buy one at least 3-4 times a week and the this time I was not so pleased. The shake cost $5.11, it was in a kids small cup and was only filled 3/4 and after bringing it to the employees attention, he said that's the size cup you get and the amount is what the recipe calls for, sorry. I asked him would he be happy if he paid over $5.00 for a shake in this size cup and only 3/4 full and he said probably not. So instead of things escalating and hurting his feelings I just left.

Hardee's is no where close to the quality it use to be. What has happened to this franchise?
Good quick and filling
Hardee's is always my go-to burger restaurant. I like made fresh and style and do enjoy the choices on the menu. I still miss the fried chicken
I was disappointed they only served chicken fingers. My order took over 10 minutes although there was not a crowd
