Very attentive to their walk-in guests. My order was taken immediately. They have very calming music playing with very festive Christmas themed decorations all throughout the store. The restaurant looks very clean and the food came out very quickly. Favorite Hardee's near me for sure. I'll drive past McDonald's anyday to come here.

I ate at a Hardys near the Richmond Airport (good food) a month ago, and what a stark difference at this Hardys. Their burgers and fries were nearly unfit for human consumption. This restaurant has only been open, maybe a couple of months.

Truly the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. The food is consistently cold, hard, and there’s always something missing from the order. The customer service is just as bad — the employees have no sense of urgency and clearly don’t want to be there. Even with no other cars in line, the drive-thru takes an average of 25 minutes. Don’t waste your time — go to Wawa down the street or Dunkin’ next door instead. If I could, I’d give this place two thumbs down!

Had not eaten at all Hardee's in years and was pleasantly surprised. Hot food and good price. Have had $20 burgers that weren't as good. And the burger was huge!

This is the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. The Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit was dry and hard, like a hockey puck at 8 am in the morning when breakfast should be fresh, especially since Hardee's advertises freshly made biscuits daily. It tasted disgusting and the wrapper was saturated in grease. It's obvious to me that they either made these hours earlier or the night before. Biscuits don't turn hard like hockey pucks that quickly. Save your money and your stomach. I literally felt like I was going to throw up. It's also in a really bad location with lots of traffic hard to get in and out of. Do not go to this Hardee's, it's awful.

They can never acknowledge a customer when they walk up to the counter. They walk away as soon as you walk up. This is third time the same older white lady has done this! The drive through is busy so I walked in to attitude?!! Or maybe she doesn’t like black customers!
