Love the coffee and ambiance here. However, I no longer patronize them. I ordered a mocha and asked for coconut milk and extra whip. The final bill was more than $3 higher! Small but significant. I was incensed. I told them so and she just shrugged. I don't mind them charging more but do tell us when you do, BEFORE you make and charge me for the drink. I should have just walked out. I greatly dislike these hidden fees that slap you unawares. Maybe it was just that one clerk's...

This is my favorite coffee shop since moving to Fredericksburg! Everyone who works here is always so friendly. They have made my coffee EXACTLY the same way every single time. It's ALWAYS fantastic! I have given up on other coffee places (chain or small-business) in my expectation for consistency. I am willing to drive out of my way to get coffee here, because I know I won't be throwing money in the garbage.

This is a comfortable café with tasty pastries and beverages, however they are lacking in providing ceramic cups for staying in. This is a serious shortcoming given the varied environmental concerns plaguing the planet.
