This ihop location is excellent. The location was clean and we were greeted with a pleasant smile. Our server, David, provided excellent service. He was personable, friendly, attentive to our needs, funny, detail oriented and knowledgeable of the menu.

Short staffed and our food took a long time to get to the table. Don’t bring kids! It was brutal waiting for food lol
Restrooms were awful and overall cleanliness was lacking
The server, however, was courteous and professional.
It is 11:25 on 08/18/2025, and I have been waiting at IHOP for half an hour for my order. Nobody has brought me my food yet. This is one of the worst restaurants in Virginia.

I recently visited this location , and I have to say the food was very good and our server did an excellent job; friendly, attentive, and made our table feel welcome. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by the manager STACY at the front. He was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and even made racist remarks. I witnessed him scream at my friend, telling her not to come back, and he was also short and unkind to several people in the waiting area. I honestly cannot believe someone with that attitude and behavior is representing the restaurant. It’s a shame, because the kitchen and serving staff were great, but this kind of treatment from management is unacceptable.
We were never informed that this location does not accept cash payments until we reached the front to settle our check (thankfully, we had our cards). Even then, Stacy took approximately 30 minutes to process the payment—not due to any system issue, but simply because he chose not to act promptly. His stated reason was that it was our fault his food became cold while he was eating.
This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I respectfully request that the owner of this franchise contact me directly. With this type of management, this location’s reputation and success are at serious risk.

This was the best ihop we have ever eaten at. Despite the parking lot being packed, we were seated right away. Our server Jose was so attentive. Our food came out quickly and the order was correct. Would definitely recommend. Would give it ten stars if we could.

I went with my family to share after a very busy day at this restaurant. An older man was serving us. He had a terrible attitude. He discriminated against us for being Latino and wouldn't even let us in at the door of the restaurant. He treated us as if we were asking for free food. I will never return to this restaurant and I don't welcome it. 08/08/25 10:20pm

Nobody ever bothered to check us in. Stood there at least ten whole minutes and not even the acknowledgement that they had guest waiting to be seated at any one of the numerous empty tables. Went next door to the Silver Diner and had a fabulous meal!
