Restaurant felt very dated but maybe cleaner that it appeared. Our server was attentive. The food was warm. Coffee so-so. Why do they out pancakes in the smallest plate possible?? Menu has lots of options. Pancakes were good and the omelettes were very stuffed with goodness.

My Marine husband planned a Daddy-Daughter date for Veterans Day breakfast. IHOP ruined their entire day. The manager berated my daughter because she had a water bottle and the waitress questioned my husband's veterans status, then called him a liar, refusing to honor IHOPs Veterans Day special. BTW, they were wearing their 2024 Marine Corps reunion shirts. They also observed everyone else not being asked to show proof of veteran status. IHOP you have disappointed.

I placed an online order through Instacart/Uber Eats. The platform for ordering did not offer a notes option. I needed a few changes so I called the restaurant directly. The morning manager (Saturday, Nov 2, 2024 around 11:30am) was so sweet! Despite me calling about an online order AND in the middle of a Saturday morning rush, she was very pleasant and helpful!!! Thank you for lovely service!!!

I feel like every time I go to an IHOP it gets worse each time. The food is always mid and cold and the staff seem like they hate their lives. There are so many better choices for that breakfast kick. 2/10 do not recommend.

FAlSE ADVERTISING! So first of all we were sat by the bathrooms. Why they have a table so close to the bathroom I will never understand. I could hear every time they flushed and to make it worse the bathroom doors wouldnāt always shut all the way. When we were seated by a woman I asked for a booster that I never got and I didnāt see her or the server for a good while. The only reason we decided to go is because of a flyer we received THE SAME day in the mail stating in big words āKids Eat Free every night from 4pm-10ā and there was a coupon attached. When I ask the server while ordering he says itās not valid they only do it Tuesdays now, keep it mind I literally received it that day. We asked to speak to the manager several times during our wait. Even the servers couldnāt believe we were still waiting. When we finally got the manager it was the same lady who sat us by the bathrooms. It was also senior night and I went with my aunt who is a senior. She stated for right now she could only honor one thing but not both. At that point I was so annoyed i packed up the food we just got and left. They donāt care, they just want you to pay and leave.

I always have the same problem with this server Horalia Z. Before ordering and I have a code I always let my server know and Iāve never had this problem with any other waitress at this location theyāre all very polite all very nicely mannered. Even though the code tell me the terms and condition I always always ask at the location. Today and like any other time I get Horalia she is always unprofessional with us always in a bad mood when we request something she doesnāt bring it if we ask her something about any deal she always says āI donāt knowā and I explain it and she repeats to say louder āI DONT KNOWā I have her my code today to redeem a free breakfast combo and she would not take it! Ofc I would get mad thatās what I went in for to redeem my code I spoke to an elderly person Iām assuming heās a manager and didnāt do anything about it until I asked for corporate number not too long ago this same elderly guy screamed at my 2 year old child for no reason being to āSIT DOWNā I had the same server and had issues also with her I spoke to a spanish guy manager a little chunky guy almost bald and did absolutely nothing about the disrespect se we didnāt even eat we just payed and walked out Iāve took to long to write a review bc I love this ihop but the disrespect from these 3 human beings have discussed me
