Horrible customer service! Had to wait forever to be served and when I finally was recognized the server was rude and dismissive. The place was messy and unorganized. I will be sure to spread the word to family and friends to avoid this place. A few blocks up is another coffee shop with much friendlier service.

If you want to be greeted with nasty attitudes, this is the place for you. My mother and I walked out before getting the chance to order due to poor treatment by an employee.
This was our first visit, and we were uncertain about where to place our coffee order. After inquiring with other customers near the counter to ensure we weren't cutting a line, we approached the front kiosk to order. Shortly after, two girls arrived and walked up to the gelato case to get in line behind us. The barista, who was presumably taking orders, glanced at my mother and me, then insisted—using a bitter tone—that we walk back around a divider that formed a line in front of the gelato (while dramatically gesturing with his hands to indicate where the line typically forms). He essentially sent us to the BACK of the line, behind the girls who arrived AFTER us. When glancing over at them to see if they were as confused as we were, the barista started to ask them what they would like to order. I was in utter disbelief and could not comprehend why we were treated so poorly after being kind enough to ask who was/wasn’t in line upon first entering.
Italian Station - is this truly how you treat your customers? Your employee’s behavior was unacceptable and uncalled for. I will be advising everyone I know to steer clear of this establishment.
For those reading, take your money and spend it elsewhere. I recommend Original Grinds across the street! Lovely staff and tasty treats.

Coffee is great! The man with long hair is extremely rude. Didnt even let me order without cutting me off. Also made my latte a mocha and made it hot instead of iced. Maybe if he let me order it would have been correct!

At the deli section of the store, I had a question, which I asked someone behind the counter about a food item- that individual, who was wearing gloves, took the item from the bin, showed it to me, then put the same item back in the bin- I mentioned what occurred to a manager, but response was no big deal Question: Is what occurred sanitary?

Their Chicken Salad Croissant is one of the best I’ve ever had! The croissant is so flaky and the chicken salad is so flavorful! Also, they have a lot of beverage options. I’m glad they’ve added some new flavors - like Ube! Staff is attentive and very helpful. I’ll be back for sure!

World Class everything. Italian Station is the loveliest, happiest,most delicious cafe' of my life. Coffee,drinks,and the patisserie are better than anywhere in the world I have been.
