First: this is Chilli's. It's deceiving to call it something else.Got the order wrong.Chicken was dry, under seasoned and over cooked. Fries were burnt and had no salt. We won't ever order from here again.

I placed a fairly large online order at this location on 1/1/2022. I went to pick up my order and saw that a couple items were correct, so I took it home. When I arrived home, I found that we were missing a few big items such as Ribs, Crispers, and a salad. I then called up the store where I vocalized my issue. After speaking with the manager, I politely asked that they just provide me with those dishes if I return the location which was agreed to by the manager who told me 10 minutes. When I arrived at the location, I waited an additional 15 minutes before my food was brought to me. At no point during this event did the manager show his face or apologize. Additional Note: By the time I took my 45-minute trip to get my food that was left behind, my other dishes were cold.

Hey, this is Amira, and I came to this Chili’s with my boyfriend Nell and some family. It was five of us total in the booth we sat in, but our waitress seemed extra sweet and friendly to us two. She may have smile flirted a littlee with boyfriend, but we can all share ;) thinkin ab our little interaction, she helped us realize we want a friend to spend time with and get to know, and i did feel a connection with her vibe. might be strange, but i can imagine us being close and i do want to try. at the least, it would be fun for us to get to know her better, and we are definitely the kind of people our friends love around. She had dark curly hair, brown skin, maybe about 5’5”-5’6”, medium build, and she was definitely prettyy :) if someone knows her tell her ab this or if you’re reading this right now (we’re the ones who had four strawberry lemonades) add me on snap @hii_peeplz and/or follow ig @a.m1r.a bc it would be so cool for both of us if we even got to talk to youu!

Hadn't been to this location in a while. Was much better than the other Chilis in Fredericksburg. Great service and the server was very nice and helpful. I wanted to provide positive feedback for the server and called the manager over. She was nice and appreciative of the feedback. Would be back again.

Ordered carry out. Got to restaurant about 20 minutes after placing order. Didn’t get the order for another hour!!! Ridiculous!! Multiple other people were complaining to manager about orders not ready. Won’t order carry out again from this location!
Your review was perfect. I wasn't sure which Chili's to go to- but now, after reading this review, I feel very certain that I will go to this one. Scowling waitress and half cold food, my bitchy face and scowling demeanor will be a perfect match because I honestly hate going to a place with chipper sing songy wait staff-- like what are you so happy about anyway? I love tipping the ones that perform reasonable service--- without the unnecessary smile. Jackie, darling, you made my day. --The Internet and whoever's account is still logged in on this device.
