This was my third time ordering from It's Just Wings . My first two times the wings were really good . But this time they just sent me some old food . The wings were dry and tough and the french fries were the consistency of Styrofoam or cardboard . It's so obvious that this food had been sitting around and they threw it in the microwave before sending it out to me . Literally as the food cooled further it became inedible . Very disappointing .

The wings are cheap on DoorDash and I didn't think the wings were that bad. I had the lemon pepper and Cajun dry rubs. They were pretty standard and good for dipping. Saltiness was just right and crispiness was maintained during the delivery ride. They gave a huge portion of curly fries, which was surprising since they were $2. The fries were not great and I think they are what have me a stomach ache later that night. The oil they used might not have been fresh. I would order the wings again because the price is cheap for $16, but I would pass on the fries.

Trash the wings are over cooked and more seasoning and sauce. And 6 minutes in the fryer not 1 hour no frozen wings

Average wings with average flavor, with a few glaring issues. Bone-in wings were cooked and sauced well, served over a bed of curly fries. The spicy flavors lacked heat and the sweet flavors were overwhelmingly sugary sweet. Our order was missing a couple dozen wings and only half the to-go containers were labeled. 1 star for fast service 1 star for well cooked wings -3 stars for questionable execution and lackluster flavor

I placed a fairly large online order at this location on 1/1/2022. I went to pick up my order and saw that a couple items were correct, so I took it home. When I arrived home, I found that we were missing a few big items such as Ribs, Crispers, and a salad. I then called up the store where I vocalized my issue. After speaking with the manager, I politely asked that they just provide me with those dishes if I return the location which was agreed to by the manager who told me 10 minutes. When I arrived at the location, I waited an additional 15 minutes before my food was brought to me. At no point during this event did the manager show his face or apologize. Additional Note: By the time I took my 45-minute trip to get my food that was left behind, my other dishes were cold.
