Jay’s Downtown Sports Lounge is a solid bar with good tacos, although the beef can be very spicy. The service can be slow when it's not busy, but it's a great place to hang out and play pool. The atmosphere picks up after 10 PM, especially with the DJ playing house dance music. While some guests felt overcharged and suggested not running a tab, others enjoyed the friendly bartenders, particularly Ferad, who is highly recommended. The cleanliness of the lounge could improve, as some noted unpleasant smells. Despite the mixed reviews, Jay’s is a decent spot for a casual night out with friends, especially to watch a game, as the wings are great, but the chicken tenders may not be the best choice.
