Jay’s Downtown Sports Lounge is a solid bar with good tacos, although the beef can be very spicy. The service can be slow when it's not busy, but it's a great place to hang out and play pool. The bartender was a bit offended when asked for an itemized receipt, but the staff, like Phil, are friendly and accommodating. The place could be cleaner, as the bathroom lacked paper towels and had a strong urine smell. Despite some shortcomings, Jay’s is a decent spot for a casual night out with friends.
