Stopped in after a busy morning for lunch.
Had tge Big Kahuna Philly style sandwich.

Ordered takeout with special accommodations and everything was done perfectly.
I ordered online: They made me wait 15+ minutes while they took 10 or so other people’s orders. Told me multiple times that my order was being worked on when it clearly wasn’t. Whole time my sandwich was done and waiting on the counter.
The sandwich was possibly one of the worst Jersey Mikes sandwiches i’ve had. I love this place, so it’s sad to say i won’t be coming back.
I’ll bring my business to Subway instead, and that says a lot.

I just threw away a chicken cheesesteak that was still hot because it tasted how a wet dog smells. I have never in my life tasted something that looked so normal but tasted so foul. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant any time soon, it literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

Door dashed 2 sandwiches. One was made as expected (Italian). The other was a giant chicken cheese steak. 20 kinds of messed up (soggy, nasty, ugh). Order to delivery was 28 minutes, not a dasher problem

Quality seems to be going down.
They make a great Gluten Free sub my wife loves who has a gluten allergy.. We also added double meat and cheese.

Came to order food at 8:54 employees ran up to lock the door and turned off the open sign while I was standing at the door. Maybe they should change store hours to reflect closing early and locking the door in a customer's face.
