Never had a bad experience here until today. I sent my husband here to get sandwiches, whoever made my sandwich clearly didn’t make it correctly. Missing all the toppings, it’s literally just bread, meat and mayo after saying Mikes way. The lady was rushing my husband and seems to have an issue. A bit irritated because I expected to have my sandwich made correctly. Do better and have better customer service.

This location never has rosemary parm bread past 4pm. I saw them open the bread holder and I see some rosemary parm bread in the back and they say they can’t give it to me because it’s for the online orders…why not give the bread to the person right in front of you and not try to save it for orders that MAY come….. if you are always out of the most common bread before dinner even starts, there’s a problem and you need to start making more to meet demand. It’s ridiculous every time I come in here after work, they never have the bread I want.

Everything I’ve gotten from Jersey Mike’s has been excellent! The quality, the portion size and the flavors are fantastic! They never disappoint. The only thing is, I wish they would get french fries or onion rings 😉
