I had tried JJ's way back in 2012 and was turned off by the amount of mayo on my sub. Since then I've stayed away but today I decided I wanted to try it again.The sub was made so fast I couldn't believe it. It took my guy 25 seconds to make it and hand it to me. Everything was good, cashier was friendly, place was clean. I have no complaints. The sub and chips were great and actually fresh tasting.Needless to say, I'll defintely be trying more subs soon. You've won me back ?.
I feel personally victimized by this Jimmy John’s. Let me explain.Some days, their sandwiches are amazing, but some days they’re out of bread or lettuce or everything. For example, about a year ago in the first trimester of my pregnancy, I could only eat Jimmy John’s. This is the only JJs around me for miles, so I spent my 1 hour lunch break driving to this location to get a to go Veggie sub. Fresh food, good service, poor quantity. A slice of meat a sandwich it doesn't make. Per feedback from this post I submitted something to corporate and received a generic response about how the sandwiches are specifically crafted for the right ratio. No, this was not the case on my sandwich. There was a single #3 slice of roast beef. NOT the right ratio. You would have been better not to acknowledge. Customer lost!
