Stopped there after lunch. No customers inside. One employee on break I hope, sitting in lobby. One worker behind counter handling everything. Waited about 10 minutes. Employee went into office to make a phone call. One customer in front of me walked out. I waited, I wanted KFC bad. Employee still in office on phone. No explanation, I finally walked out. Just a bad day I guess. Can't say anything bad just honest. Yes, I'll try again when in town.

Could use some new lighting, the food is ok, service is not there and the drive-thru window doesn't work, you still have to go inside to pick up the food. What is the point of this.

The managers, Andy and Angela, exhibit a lack of respect. During my visit, I overheard multiple complaints from customers, and the quality of the food was inconsistent. I requested a refund; however, Angela was uncooperative regarding the issuance of cash back. I paid ten dollars by card and the remaining amount in cash, but she insisted that I reallocate the entire amount to my card. Additionally, it appeared that her friends or family members received free meals, despite appearing irritated and speaking about customers within the lobby. This experience reflects poor management, and it will be the last time I choose to visit this establishment. Furthermore, when customers return food, it is improperly reintroduced with the rest of the chicken, which should be discarded. The store environment appears unclean, and the management’s neglect contributes to the business’s decline. It seems they are aware of staffing shortages but do not seem concerned, possibly due to financial reasons. I suspect this message may not reach the appropriate channels, but if they were aware of the revenue loss, perhaps they would take action. It have to get better!!!

Staff is horrible. They don’t care they act like you’re bothering them for being there. Some of the worst customer service. Employee in back was yelling and cussing. Will not be coming back.

2 people working the whole store and the service shows it. My 3rd try, The first time waited over 15 min to get 2 cold spicy shicken sandwiches, the second time took forever but the sandwiches were good, the third time apparently no one was working the counter so we left and ate at champs next door at the gas station. I guess they are woking on shutting down this location with poor management. Very disappointed!

This is the nastiest KFC I have ever been in. The place smelled terrible! From the time you walk in the door the building has a unclean , musty mildew smell! We stayed as I thought it was the mop bucket thst was sitting there up front as you walked in. I learned later as I sat down the whole building smells like that. The guy at the counter was rude & overcharging us. The other KFC has a biscuit coleslaw combo that we normally can get but he said it was gonna cost a lot more than we normally pay. Floors were so filthy my feet stuck to them as I walked to the table. The employee cleaning the table just wiped everything off on the floor & left it! Will definitely NOT be back at this UNSANITARY NASTY smelling KFC!

Had to wait 6 mins to order. Only 1 person in front of me and several at drive thru. Ordered 2pc original chicken meal. Chicken was over cooked and dripping grease. Not a KFC I would want to return to.

Terrible customer service. The staff were rude, slow, and careless. I waited a long time just to get the wrong order, and they didn’t even bother to fix it. Complete waste of my time. I won’t be coming back
