Went in to get food for my partner. The area by the kitchen and bathrooms had a smell I can only describe as soiled hay. If you’ve ever worked with horses or rodents you know it. No idea why. Put me off of ordering anything for myself

I went through dry through ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich combos and a sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened tea told me it was a sweet tea even though it wasn't and then they parked me forever 10 minutes in the parking lot just to bring me out cold sandwiches.

This location is the best in the entire area. I expressed my concerns about a price to the manager and she offered to replace my entire meal when I returned which was not what I was looking for. This manager obviously cares and understands when a mistake is made you fix it. A lot of businesses have forgotten that logic. I highly recommend this location. Not only does the food hold up to KFC original quality but the staff is friendly and helpful which is nothing like the raggedy location up rt1 near Southpoint with the nasty manager.

We are currently sitting in the parking lot 40+mins later after going through the drive thru! This has caused a huge delay in our travel. I see other people in cars that still have not received their orders. I would comment on the food, but still haven't received our order. I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC!!!!

Made 2 orders online. Got there around 5:16pm only 1 was ready though both should have been since 5:16was the promised time for order #2. I was asked to park and they’d bring my food to me. 5, 10, 15 min went by and I went in. I asked the cashier 2x about my order. I should have asked the people at Dunkin next door because it was like talking to a wall. I had to ask for a manager twice. I got “the chicken is cooking”. Like did they have to kill it and pluck it first. There were no apologies. I even asked for a refund and it was like I never said a word. Just everyone walking around like there wasn’t a lobby full of people and at least 1 of them that had been waiting forever, like me. Not even an acknowledgement that I had been standing and waiting for my order for so long. The order: 2 2pc chicken with 2 small mashed potatoes and gravy. Difficult right? And I placed the same exact order separately, back to back.I walked out of there at 5:49. 30 minutes for such a simple order but they were rolling drive through orders out like clockwork.And packing orders to let them sit for customers that obviously weren’t there to pick up. Never again. I’ve never had such horrible service from this location. And they are the closest to work/home. Get your staff in order and train your leader how to lead a team because she acted like she wanted to do nothing but be on BL packing orders in slow motion.

Mobile order placed at 5:32 with a pick up time of 5:35. At 6:30 I walked out of the restaurant with no food. I spoke to all 4 front line staff, asking multiple times where my order was - only to be have them walk away without providing an answer. I watched multiple people walk in and use the drive through and receive chicken before me. After asking for a refund I was told I had to call the corporate number and if I wanted the order filled, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The manager said it was filled and given to someone else. And this is why I asked someone to check multiple times. Better yet - when you call the corporate “call center” to get a refund, you’re placed on hold forever. KFC - you will get no more of my time or business. I’ve never seen so many people in a fast food restaurant upset and waiting on orders. New management and trained staff are sorely needed. I can’t image how much business they have lost.

Very good food, hot and fresh, staff was amazing however it was expensive... havent been in 6 or 7 years...39 bucks for a bucket and i think 2 sides? Wont be able to do that very often. I asked for an application, to finance my meal...unavailable...;)

We got the $30 bucket meal that came with chicken and chicken tenders and plus sides. Well unfortunately the chicken tenders were sooooo hard you couldn’t even eat them. The self serve fountain drink machines were broken.

Employees shouldn’t serve food that they wouldn’t even eat themselves. 💁‍♀️

The last 4 times I have gone here it has been an over 30 min wait get your food. The drive thru parks you. Going inside makes NO difference. Then when you do receive your order it's not actually YOUR order but someone else's.... The employees treat you like you have done something wrong when you go inside to ask what's going on with your food. And act like you are at fault when the biscuits aren't ready or chicken isn't ready at ANY time of day. (You should have that stuff ready especially for rushes)

Dirty , employees are rude, careless and all look dirty. I went in last night and ended up arguing with the male cook for his mistake! Obviously someone didn’t graduate. Rude and very unprofessional, will NEVER go to this run down KFC again. I see why they never have any cars there.
