FOOD WAS COLD. Sent it back we received the SAME bucket of cold chicken! The inside was closed only the drive thru was open. So now I’m waiting in line for a REFUND!!!! I’m sure they’ll take this same chicken and give it to the car behind me!!

Last few visits have been disappointing because the service is the slowest ive seen in the area for a fast food service. You hardly see someone at the register. The air smells like sewage likely due to a plumbing issue that has yet to to be fixed.

My daughter went to KFC to get the 10 piece original chicken. They gave her all extra crispy knowing she purchased the original. We didn't noticed until we got home. To be honest the chicken tasted old and greasy. Had to throw the rest in the trash. I think they did it on purpose to get rid of the chicken that's staled and old. Never again.

I waited 24 minutes, yet the app said the order was ready 20 minutes later, and at the end I received cold food and they were not busy. This KFC definitely needs a new management. Waste of time and money to get cold dried chicken sandwiches.

The women's bathroom was not only filthy, but it smelled like a sewer truck. The handicapped stall was out of order and all the drying machines were out of order. My husband reported that the men's room was just as disgusting as well as there was no toilet paper and soap. The cole slaw was the only thing that was good.

literally DO NOT COME HERE if you want to feel valued or anything. there was a tall black man who took my order; real lanky and had facial hair, i wasnt able to get his name. i said one thing i wanted and he immediately ringed it up. when i said there was something else, he rolled his eyes and added another, then looked me up and down and said “TWO sides??” like, yes, that is what i’m paying for? i want to share a meal with my boyfriend? god awful attitude. won’t be coming again unless he’s fired.

The worst KFC I have ever been too! I always thought the customer comes in and orders food they want not let staff pick the food for you! Been here several times in the past year each time out of chicken! I wanted 2 piece chicken dinner dark meat extra crispy .They said I can only get white meat original! So I let my sister in law order while I decide. They informed her it would take 25 minutes to wait on the Mac and cheese she wanted with her meal after she went with the white meat offer she really didn't want! Bec she didn't want to wait for chicken to be cooked! So back to my order. I decided to go with the big box chicken sandwich with nuggets dipped with BBQ sauce.They said I can't get that Bec there's not a button for BBQ nuggets I can only get a number 8 meal ! What! What's the difference! Charge me the $1 for BBQ sauce for any combo meal!!!! That was clearly advertised ( see pics). I just wanted the chicken sandwich dipped in the BBQ sauce. That's what I came in for BBQ chicken but had to go with the sandwich! Still no Mac and cheese! Then they tried to charge me for the nuggets they said I couldn't have that came with the combo! Long story short everthing I wanted they said I couldn't get! I asked was it ok if I got the lemonade or did they want to pick my drink too! When we finally got our food both of our food had no BBQ sauce on it! They were dipping the chicken in BBQ sauce with a strainer! Causing sauce to go through! Instead of using tongs!!!! Then to add insult to injury the man that worked there said I must of had a bad day!! And other staff didn't think I should be raising my voice ! They must be from another planet to think a person is not allowed to get upset after I was told time after time I couldn't get what I wanted! I don't think this place would be open if it wasn't off of I-95. If you are a local person like me skip this KFC and go to the downtown location by Capt. Ds. The staff at that location is awesome! You can get what you order and did I mention staff is awesome at that location!😁.

Went in to get food for my partner. The area by the kitchen and bathrooms had a smell I can only describe as soiled hay. If you’ve ever worked with horses or rodents you know it. No idea why. Put me off of ordering anything for myself

I went through dry through ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich combos and a sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened tea told me it was a sweet tea even though it wasn't and then they parked me forever 10 minutes in the parking lot just to bring me out cold sandwiches. My eyes
