I went in here and ordered an 8 pc meal with Mac and cheese and coleslaw I had to wait 35 minutes and then they said they don’t have a part of my order. They need more people and people that aren’t burnt out.

Worst experience at any KFC ever. Been here many times and typically can expect a wait. Which I don't mind because it's usually fresh. Not today. Spent one hour waiting and then arguing about getting my money back because they literally weren't done after an hour of waiting. Person in front of me left as well. Never going back. They obviously do not care about their customers.

The manager Ray is by far one of the best managers that I have run across in a very long time. His energy is positive and he greeted me with a smile. Excellent customer service and it was a pleasure talking to him

Don’t recommend coming to this place. Ordered 2 meals through the Drive-Thru. Was told to park in the lot and wait for the food to come out that it was going to take 10 mins to make a chicken sandwich. Waited for 30 mins and I decided to go in, I saw the employee come out and meets me by the door to tell me my order that my order was being made while she was handing out orders to other customers that came after me. I ended up going back inside just to find out my order was given to someone else. The employee just bluntly tells her manager in front of me that she gave the order to someone else and they send the cook to offer me a refund or to wait another 20-25 mins for them to remake my order. The manager didn’t even try to address the situation and asked if I wanted a cake as compensation. Honestly bad customer service.

KFC is just brand fame now, Chicken Broaster,? It's chicken wrapped in an oily flour dough that will more than fall off the chicken, that's not Broaster chicken, that's ugly.
