Kickback Jack's Fredericksburg

Prices makes this place extra worth trying for the 1st time. Food was excellent aswell. Waiters were attentive and friendly. It can get really loud during certain hours. People love dining here in groups. The best part, if u have loud rowdy kids. They'll blend right in, thanks to how loud the place can get. Some of their menu is seasonal. For instance the battered onion rings and the cake are part of their summer seasonal menu, unfortunately not available when we went to eat. 🥺. The chilie bacon cheese fries were the bomb.

Ordered a burger and fries, while my husband ordered a steak, popcorn shrimp, and mashed potatoes.

After the waitress took our order, 10 minutes later she comes back to ask how I wanted the burger cooked.

About 15 minutes later my husband's complete meal came out and my burger. We were told fresh hot fries will be put momentarily. 20 minutes later the waitress comes by and sees I still dont have fries. By this time my burger is cold. Another 15 minutes after the waitress came by and saw no fries, the fries were finally brought out by management- which were cold. I requested a box because my husband was done eating and I was not making him sit there and wait for me to eat.

We love the food here but I will never come back. We have had many birthday dinners here and many family lunches and dinners here. I have never had such poor service such as today. I understand I am one person and me not going back in there won't affect your business, however I cannot voluntarily give my hard earned money to a business that provides this kind of service.

Got wings which were way too salty along with Fries which were mediocre. Service was ok. It looks like a good hangout but not a place if you want quality food

Good food, I honestly had a good time. Waitress was friendly it seemed like she might’ve been over worked…I’m not sure though because she kept disappearing from her section…. but she never gave me a box for my food. 😭

So we’ve been coming here for just over a year now and have NO complaints!!!

We usually sit at the bar and all the bartenders are awesome.

All the food is always on point and if it isn’t there is no issues getting it corrected.

Highly recommend for good chow, great atmosphere and some sports on tv!!!

Terrible customer service. Black man who is apparently the kitchen manager is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers at all. I ordered a side of fries to be topped with cheese as I’ve done MULTIPLE times in the past with no issue.. today, apparently it’s a problem to do so. If I’m paying extra for my fries to be topped with cheese, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?????? Talking about it’s company policy. No the hell it is not and if it was, since when???? It’s a restaurant! You made food to order! Just ridiculous. Y’all just want people to order up! I don’t need an entire appetizer of cheese fries and I don’t even eat pork!!!! Also, the main manager brushed me away when I asked for the refund, insisting it’d go back to my card without even going over to process the refund. Mind you, I paid in cash! So she would have just let me walk out without actually giving me the refund like I’m some dumb person. Very awful establishment. Will not be returning… food isn’t even worth the trouble. Grilled wings are constantly undercooked. Burgers are hit or miss. Save your time and money!

Dark and dreary. Denny’s quality food. Met the owner when they opened and he was weird. Went into a rant about how long he’s been in the restaurant business and what goons UFC fans are when my wife asked if they showed the fights.

Today I took my sister for the first time to kickback jacks to meet my friends. We ordered a drink which was so disgusting and we asked the waitress to give us another drink instead. She told us that she needed to call a manager. Thomas THE MANAGER came to our table and was very short with us. He told us that drinks are not changeable and just worked of on us. Very unprofessional because we wasn’t done talking. Food wasn’t good as well and after we finished eating we looked all around for our waitress and she was nowhere to found. Because she was way too busy with other people servicing them. Very disappointed

This place, definitely never Disappoints I’ve been here several times the staff is always nice and friendly tables are very clean and the Lemon pepper wings is the best thing in town I come from over an hour away to eat there. The TVs are very accommodating to the patrons no matter whether they’re seating fantastic sports bar. If I could give this place a 20 I would I can’t wait to get back there and kick back to watch a game!

I dig all the Kickback Jack locations in Virginia but the Fredericksburg location is my favorite. Food is always good, the waitstaff is attentive and the prices are great.
