Kickback Jack's Fredericksburg

We’ve lived in the area for 8 years and FINALLY decided to try this place out. I’m very disappointed that I waited so long. Not only was the environment perfectly capable of handling children, but the service and staff were equally helpful as well.
We all had different dishes and all were very well portioned and tremendously delicious. I had to ask for to go containers, as I couldn’t finish my meal. My kids (1yr & 3yrs) grubbed out with no problems.

Bottom Line: 100% satisfaction and new repeat customers gained.

Ok so the food was good here but I hate hate that the TVs keep losing signal. I mean, maybe troubleshoot the dish. But the food was good?

Very nice sit down restaurant. Nice staff and food. The boneless chicken can sometimes be a bit chewy. But a great place is overall.

Save your money and your time.
I ordered a drink that was absolutely disgusting and they refused to fix it or refund the cost. They also messed up food orders and joked that we'd "only be charged for one" while we waited more than 15 minutes for a remake.
I hope that the $6 disgusting margarita was worth the lost costumers and one star review.

Quanetta is the best server we had had here! She made sure our drinks were full, and cleaned the table as needed. She served with a smile, and she has the best personality I've seen in a restaurant setting. Not only was she attentive to us, she checked on every table frequently and most importantly with a smile. You don't get many like Quanetta. I'm extremely happy we got to be in her section.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Ordered an app of pretzels, it got to the table and we saw it had what looked like a beard hair on it. Told the server, she offered to take it back and comp the bill (we didn't ask for that, just wanted clean food). She brought back the exact same tray of food about 10 minutes later with the eact same beard hair in the exact same spot. I also noticed then that the kitchen staff clearly were not wearing hair nets of any kind. When we told her that it looked like the same tray and the hair. She said it was a different set but that "we could just go" with a smile. We did leave, we weren't looking for a free meal, just a good one. Total waste of time. Absolutley disappointing.
