This is the second kickback Jack I’ve been to and the first time was different location and I did not eat. This location was great in ambiance and the food was excellent, one of the best burgers I’ve had.

Kickback Jack’s is a great sports bar. TVs everywhere and always something to see. But, I was there for the food. As someone who appreciates a nice steak, I was satisfied with their ribeye and sirloin. Their mac and cheese, ribs, and wings are great too. OH and how can I forget their loaded mashed potatoes… I love a reliable restaurant. Speaking of reliable? Our waitress last visit was 10/10, she was so attentive and got us what we needed every time. Definitely a place I’d bring a friend to.

We love Kickback Jacks - especially for happy hour. The specials are great, the food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. We were going every Wednesday night for trivia night but then they stopped doing trivia night. Two weeks ago three of us went to the bar -sitting next to five other people who came there for trivia night. Please bring it back.

First went to the Kickback after buying my Indian as they gave me a free appetizer gift card. Food was great, service was excellent. Decided to go back again and everything was great! Went today (3rd time) and my waiter (Charles) was absolutely terrible! Took10-15 mins after being seated for him to stop by to get a drink order after seeing several other tables that came in after us get drinks and appetizers. I stood up several times looking for help. He tried his best not to look our way. I almost left but at this point i wanted to see how bad this was gonna be so we stayed. When he finally did come to the table to take our drink order he appear irritated and pissed off. We gave him our whole order becuase i wasn't sure we were going to see him again. He returned 10 mins later to the dining area help multiple other tables bringing drinks to customers that came in at least 5 to 10 mins after we came into the restaurant. After finally making eye contact he stopped by the table acted like he didnt want to be there and had an attitude with our drinks.
I will come back cause the food is great but if I ever get placed in Charles section again I will sprint the hell out of there!

We ordered take out wings 3 different orders grilled,none of them were done.They gave all of us 1 flat and 9 drums. Maybe its different when you eat in but thet get 1 star for orders to go.

This place is like a local watering hole. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is actually...friendly? I don't even live close by but I make this trip as often as I can.

Horrible service! Food came out cold. Manager Krys needs more training in customer service. She doesn’t know how to solve simple issues. The waitress Haleigh didn’t even check on us and did everything she could to avoid our table!
