We ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and the flourless chocolate raspberry torte for Valentine’s Day, and everything was both beautiful and delicious. We are so grateful to have a place like Kickshaw’s in the area.
I ordered the cinnamon bun & snickerdoodle cookie.. both taste delicious! I will have to come back another time. Great customer service.

I was super excited to try this place, especially with all the hype around the cinnamon rolls, but unfortunately it fell flat. The cinnamon roll was rather awful I’m afraid. I heated it per the instructions of the staff and it was chewy like a stale biscuit, had a very odd taste, and a terrible aftertaste. To be fair I have only visited once and purchased one item, but the one item was quite bad and I will not be returning.

The service was fine. Atmosphere was good. Food was terrible. Literally inedible. I don’t know if it was old or what, but the tremendous amount of five star reviews is quite confusing. The bread was like a rock, have never seen such hard and dry baked goods in my life. I included videos so you can see for yourselves. I had this place in my saved list to try for a long time and told my sister to pick some stuff up on her way to visit. We were both truly astonished at how poorly it all tasted. Nothing was edible. Just awful.

I have always LOVED anything I've ever gotten here. It makes my day when I can stop by and grab my daily coffee and treat. Baked goods are always so good, ESPECIALLY the cinnamon buns!!!

My special need daughter 21st birthday is approaching. Her diet is strictly gluten free. This birthday is very special, for the last 20 years we have celebrated her birthday just with family, there were never any other kids at her birthday parties. This year she will have a party with friends. She is very excited and asked me to order a gluten free cake for her and a couple of other guest that can't eat gluten. I submitted my request online as I was directed by the shop's team. I received one email response but after that nothing. I reached out a couple more times but there wasn't a response. I am very disappointed that this person didn't think my special order was important enough to respond. My daughter will not have her special birthday cake, I am very sad for her as I promised her she would have a beautiful gluten free cake. Kickshaw Bakery will never have my business again.

Sadly, the cinnamon roll was dense and rubbery. The cinnamon twist was inedible (tough) and the bagels were rock hard by mid afternoon. The service was friendly. Not much in the way of ambiance. Such a disappointment.

The treats here are so delicious! I had some Sunbutter Cake and was blown away by the flavor. Their cookies and cinnamon rolls are delightful. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're vegan or not, you'll enjoy their delicious confections!

I’m infatuated with this place! I can’t get enough of it. Their lions mane coffee, confetti cookie, and focaccia bread are my current favorite. Those yummies after a yoga class at YogaSix is the best. Now just need to fit in a massage at Spavia and it’s a perfect day!

I'm sorry, but this was not good at all! My cupcake tasted terrible. (I'm not new to gluten-free baked goods), and the customer service was very bad. They didn't know what any of the cupcakes on display were, then gave me the wrong one I asked for. It seemed as if my mere presence was an inconvenience to them.
