I went to Order Delivery and ordered a Dozen of donuts. I got a confirmation email saying the food would be delivered at 7:49. A hour goes by and it hits 8 o’clock. I call just to check on my order. Then person on the phone said he didn’t have my order and that I would have to come in. I ended up getting there about 9:20 and the manager wants to complain that they don’t deliver but if they don’t then why is there an option on the direct website. They tryed to blame door dash but we informed we got it straight from there website. They were adamant that they don’t deliver but we show them the email that showed delivery time and that it was directly from Krispy Kreme. After this back and forth they finally gave us the donuts. We weren’t even mad at them. It’s just that they need to fix their website, but the manager wanted to complain to us that we are miss speaking. The manager really made the problem in this whole scenario zero out of 10 for service.

Told the short, young lady with big, pretty teeth my order. I specifically asked her from the beginning if she could warm up the dozen donuts I was ordering. She told me yes and never made them hot & ended up giving me the box back with one of my specialty donuts messed up. I was very clear with her what I said and reminded her to make sure she didn’t mess up but did anyway. My partner & I will be going to Dunkin next time. This establishment lacks good comprehension skills & great customer service.

Got there at 8:15 am to pick up some of the Hogwarts donuts advertised. They said none available for another hour and half. Asked to prepay, but told 1st come, 1st served. I went for breakfast and returned by 9:30 am. Was told only two colors available, (yellow and blue), and would be 1 1/2 hour again. Bought latte and sat to wait. Others coming in were told two hours. Little over an hour, I got mine, but sorting hats are purchased separately and limit of two per customer.
Didn't really like the icing. Very cool appearance and enjoyed sorting my house. ... Gryffindor

Preordered the Harry Potter themed donuts online from this location. I was charged and confirmed online to pick up at 9am. When I arrived to pick up, I encountered a somewhat rude employee that told me they didn’t have any and that I would be called when they do. As most might know, there aren’t many Krispy kreme locations in Northern Virginia. This was the only location that allowed me to preorder online and it took me 40 minutes to get there just to have to leave without my order. This is unsat and poor customer service.

Everyone knows how Krispy Kreme tastes- they are good. They definitely aren’t as good as local bakeries, but the draw to a Krispy Kreme is their “specialty” and cross promotion donuts. Which is the only reason I go. Marketing is great and cross promotion well done. But it’s not enough…

My review isn’t about the donuts themselves- or Krispy Kreme as a company. If I had another one to go to within a reasonable driving distance I would.

The Fredericksburg Krispy Kreme simply has the worst staff. I cannot count how many times I have gone to this store and was treated rudely. The disdain and blatant lack of helpfulness is appalling. There doesn’t seem to be a single person that works there that seems happy to be there. It’s like they go out of their way to be as rude as they are.

If this had been a one off experience I wouldn’t have felt the need to post a review, unfortunately it’s been a repetitive experience multiple times over the last few years.

I won’t be going back. Unless the staff gets an overhaul- the donuts aren’t worth the treatment you get from this store.

The donuts were good and they had a large variety. It worked out to be about $2.59 per donut though. A little pricey for the size. They were fresh and filled well. A nice treat.
