The prices have gone up way too much, and when we watched how the machine prepared the donuts, we understood why; they throw away an enormous amount of defective donuts, so this must cost them a lot. The donuts are still tasty, and the dining room is still a mess every time I visit.

Donuts are always good, it just happened they were cold when I came but still delicious. I came at 9:45 before closing and was almost denied service by an employee claiming they were closed when the close is at 10. Another employee came and helped me.

Way too long waiting in the drive-through lane for our order. A simple double espresso turned into a large coffee. Can't imagine that I mispronounced "double espresso". The donuts are always good.
So disappointed these use to be my favorite doughnuts I go through the drive thru order 6 donuts and it’s $13.36 and they are a day old. What happened?

Great service and clean store. But my 12 donuts had no quality control .....my Bavarian creme donuts...had nothing inside! ? What a disappointment when I got home. Ate them anyway, but I honestly expected better from them.

Not sure why when a customer walks in 3-4 employees walk past and completely ignore said customer & huddle up to continue their personal conversations. Walked out with zero donuts & not one employee even looked my direction.
