Letitia on the front desk served a cold pizza to my wife. Then Karen, the manager, came to Letica’s Defense. The pizza was cold, incorrect toppings and the attitude of the staff sucked. I love Ledo’s Pizza ANYWHERE but the one in Fredericksburg-Massaponax. You guys SUCK!!

I love ledos pizza. No complaints at all. EVER. However today when I went in there was three waiting groups of people that ended up walking out and the phone was ringing off the hook because nobody was up front taking care of business. It's really too bad that the owner lost all that money and Lord knows how ever much else

The pizza was very plain. It was on a thin crust which was a rectangle. They serve it on a plastic serving tray. The red pizza sauce was very plain. The items on the pizza were only partially cooked. There was nothing bad about our experience but nothing that would make me want to return for more.

Love their crust and their fresh toppings. We no longer have one locally so it's a 20-30 minute drive when I really crave their recipes. The deluxe with crunchy bacon is the bomb. It's good to know I don't have to drive to College Park MD to have Ledos, the way I did back in the day. While the strip mall locations lack the atmosphere of the original location, the product is still quality and one of a kind.

I ordered pizzas for a family of picky eaters and ccelsie was amazing she was patient and extremely helpful! I didn't have access to a menu and she help us sort out the best options! The food was alright but the customer service me and my family received made up for it! Ccelsie just made us a long term customer!
