Been here 6-7 times and they NEVER have had a pizza ready to go. Everytime I have to wait. Literally the only thing good about this place is the convenience and it doesn't even have that. Go to the Weis next door for frozen pizza or go to Marco's for bang for buck. Literally anywhere but here.

Called ahead to order so that our pizza would be ready when we arrived, we were asked to hold, no big deal. We sat on hold for 15 minute drive in, when we arrived I mentioned that we were still on hold with zero other customers in the store. The employee looked at me, laughed, and said my bad with a big smirk on his face. The worst customer service I have ever experienced with little Ceasars at any location.

No issues - we ordered, got two pizzas and some wings. Wings were good, not great, but it was my first time ordering them. Wings are a personal preference thing and I like them a bit crisp, so now I know to ask for them to be cooked a bit longer. They were tasty. The pizza was spot on. Thanks

I went to Little Caesars, and the whole staff was a mess. They were all playing around instead of working one guy was even throwing dough at a female employee like it was a joke. I ordered just 3 pizzas and ended up waiting 30 minutes.
At first, a short weighted guy told me it would be 10 minutes. Clearly, that was a lie. On top of that, I saw a girl eating while making pizzas. Thatâs just disgusting and completely unsanitary.
This was one of the worst fast food experiences Iâve ever had. I will never be going back to this location. Little Caesars needs to seriously get it together.

I ordered garlic bread sticks today along with a pizza. There's not a nay drop of anything on the bread. Pizza hardly cut into slices. I guess your in too much of a hurry, I sure won't be in a hurry to come back. They need to get their act together. Calling and complaining about problems doesn't do any good, maybe a poor rating will, but I doubt it

Hair in food⌠đ¤˘
Really dissatisfied with my most recent purchase (yesterday evening.)
We got home and unboxed all of our food. For one, our wings were ordered were missing, a tad annoying but we brushed it off. Then we go to open the cheese bread boxes⌠and we found sometype of hair. My whole family doesnât have the same hair color matching this strand. Nor do our pets. I was quite frankly disgusted and it was immediately after opening the box.
I always have small frequent issues with this location, but itâs the closest pizza to me. Normally itâs just weird staffing issues like unecessary attitudes. But this is just straight up gross.

I love little Ceasars so it saddens me that I have to write a bad review based on a completely negative experience. Out of the 4 people working the kid taking orders was the last one that should have been behind the register, clueless is a understatement. He asked me after I waiting for 10 mins if I had already ordered and if I paid. Know your customers kid. Walk ins were getting served before me and none of them pre-ordered, they were ordering the same stuff as I did. Traditional pep and crazy bread. SIMPLE. I left a $2+ dollar tip on a 2 item order bc I like to young people working but in the end they were not deserving of a tip bc it was a completely chaotic experience. Oh yeah I heard the kid tell one customer he couldn't take his order bc he had to go make crazy bread. The kid has his priorities wrong for the store to generate revenue. Money 1st product 2nd.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Employees do not use gloves and are cross contaminating food. The Manager told my kids that VA does not make you wear gloves anymore because you put the food in the oven. WRONG!!!!!!! I called the manager and she told me to call the health department. I They are handling raw food.. Iwill be contacting them Monday. She had no reguard for food safety and hung up on me.

My pizza was full of hair. I was eating my pizza when I was about to take another big and I found a long strand of hair in my pizza I though oh and tried to forget about it anyways I ate another piece and I put the pizza away the next day I went to get another slice I took one look at it and there was another long strand of hair I grabbed another slice and there was hair on that one too⌠Iâm never eating or getting food from there again
