I have living in Fredericksburg for 30 yrs and ever since this location came it has been good service But I want to call out Jasey she is the best customer service person I've encountered in a while
The manager has the solution to mistakes on orders! Very creative!! Innovative!!! The BIG REVEAL!!!! --Block the caller / customer-- Might not solve the problem. Won't inspire brand or store loyalty. But definitely shows customers how much they're appreciated.

Oder food 1 :30 before closing and got a text at closing time that my order was cancelled due that they are closed this is Christmas Eve when all restaurants close early very disappointed about the customer service and the money was redrawn from my account and updated I have not received my refund very disappointed
I would really suggest everybody not to order from here especially if you have allergies, the guy in the back eats handfuls of peanuts and continue making pizzas without washing hands , also the peanuts are in plain sight for me to see from the lobby standing on the side of the portal box

Got to be nice to work minimum wage and not perform the simple required tasks of customer service… answer your phone. You don’t get to pick in choose when you get to do your job. You yards charge $2 extra for a pizza with light sauce. Literally takes less work and less ingredients but you charge more for less? Make that make sense? Not the sharpest tool in the shed, are ya. Will be calling corporate to see who the owner is and will be having a talk with him/her. Will not be putting my money in this location anymore.
