Tonight we Door-dashed Cheesecake. One piece was out of date with a busted container on the bottom. The other two were from the future today is 12/13/25 and they was prepared 12/15/25 and ready for sale on 12/16. The store in Beckley WV is always messing up something. Got food poison around a year ago from there. Figured I would order cheesecake tonight first time I used the store since the food poisoning. Never again the Beckley store is new and nice but management sucks if they can’t do the right things.
Fayetteville store is great. Beckley is horrid though. Look at my Google review there are pictures there. I done it on the Long John Silvers Beckley WV Google page.

It is frustrated using the JLS App, you place an order and when you get to the location they don't have anybody at the lobby cashier to assist you. This location need to hire more employees or competent people. I was missing piece of fish on my order and when you try to complaint they give you a unpleasant attitude as if the customer not right

We stopped in on the way home from burying 2 of my brother's remains, sad day.The food was cooked to order,it was hot and very good,we were very impressed. It was a good ending to our sad day

l love LJS. I get it as often as I can. our local one closed down awhile back. they even carry cheesecake factory cheesecakes 🤯 I really liked the waffle fries. the chicken & hushpuppies is what really keeps me coming back
Fish was good, not great. Had it delivered, but no Tatar Sauce. Hush Puppies were dry, tad salty (use to be a tad sweet). Cole Slaw would have been good, but got warm during the delivery. Probably will never use again.
