BEWARE HISPANICS going to the Waxahachie, Texas location is a very bad place to experience. The manager there is very rude when you need help especially is you are Hispanic. Tried to use one of the online offers and code says invalid code. CLEARLY SAY AVAILABLE NOW. Every one else that was in the restaurant happen to be white even the people behind me. They were all helped while I was left for 20 minutes and the manager says he doesn't have time for me.

Tonight we Door-dashed Cheesecake. One piece was out of date with a busted container on the bottom. The other two were from the future today is 12/13/25 and they was prepared 12/15/25 and ready for sale on 12/16. The store in Beckley WV is always messing up something. Got food poison around a year ago from there. Figured I would order cheesecake tonight first time I used the store since the food poisoning. Never again the Beckley store is new and nice but management sucks if they can’t do the right things.
Fayetteville store is great. Beckley is horrid though. Look at my Google review there are pictures there. I done it on the Long John Silvers Beckley WV Google page.

Food was pricy for lunch but good. My complaint is the pre packaged tartar sauce. I’ve never seen tartar sauce look like bad milk. So bad in fact, I won’t return. Worse excuse for tartar sauce ever! C’mon guys use the real stuff.
