The staff is accommodating, even when the restaurant is busy. The establishment is family-friendly, with a menu that includes kid-sized portions, and the parking lot is spacious and well-laid out. The bread may arrive after the salad, but the salad is better than at some other chain restaurants. The steak is a step down from the best, but the server, Nikita, provides excellent service. The food and service remain great even when the restaurant is close to closing time, with the server, Bryan, providing exceptional service with his unique voice. However, some customers have reported issues with curbside pickup, including long waits and cold food.
